  • Amazing place!!!!!

"Had a great time in PV and in this wonderful condo! This building is wonderfully located in the heart of everything and is directly facing the beach. We felt like we were staying in someones home it was so nicely decorated and well maintained. The views are breathtaking and the upstairs quiet pool is really nice and quiet unlike many other buildings. The owners will also very responsive and nice to deal with. I would recommend this wonderful condo and look forward to coming back in the future."

  • Stunning!

"From the beautifully decorated suite to the stunning oceanview this suite offers it all. This is our 3rd time renting from Rene and Steve. They have thought of everything, from the fully stocked kitchen, the luxurious bedding, Apple TV, free long distance etc.. This year we used the services of the resident Chef. He prepared a spectacular meal for 9. The property manager, Marcos , was also a big help. We can't wait to return once again to this little piece of Paradise. See you 2015."

  • A most beautiful property - we were so impressed!

"Casa Maria provided us with one of the most enjoyable holidays we can remember! Sitting on the balcony, sipping a glass of wine and listening to the sound of the waves as we watched people strolling along the beach at sunset had a magical quality to it. Casa Maria is spacious and beautifully decorated and cared for condo (I agree the photos do not do it justice). It feels like you are stepping into a hacienda when you walk in the door....high ceilings, lovely tiled walls, wonderful paintings, fabulous folk art all go together beautifully to provide guests with a taste of old Mexico. The open living area is spacious and bright - and the owners have carefully and graciously supplied all those modern conveniences that make you feel like you are at home. The two bedrooms are lovely - comfy beds and private bathrooms with decks off of each bedroom. We were lulled to sleep each night with the sound of waves lapping the shore and the ocean breeze gently blowing through our rooms. In the mornings it was hard to decide what to do....beach walk, pool swim, massage or just hang out on the balcony, reading a book and sipping coffee. I don't think anyone could stay at Casa Maria and Vallarta Torre without mentioning the staff - kind, welcoming, considerate and happy to do whatever they can to make your holiday special. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Casa Maria is a treasure - we would highly recommend it."

  • Gayle M from Canada

"I spent a week in this house (February 2014) along with 7 female friends. We were very pleased with the house and would not hesitate to recommend it to others who are seeking a large, comfortable home with private pool and several seating areas to admire the incredible vista. The house is actually much more beautiful than the photos indicate; the furnishings are lovely and comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. We spent most of our time at the infinity pool which we paid extra to have heated. It was lovely to come home after dinner in town and luxuriate in the warm pool and look out over the lights of the city. The housekeepers Lupe and Librada made breakfast for us every morning (we provided the groceries) and we were treated to elaborate mexican breakfasts with fresh guacamole, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit and eggs cooked in many different ways. The house is situated atop a fairly steep hill which at first seemed daunting but the walk down and back up again was not especially difficult. We were a group that ranged in age from 48 - 60++. There are steps leading down to Los Muertos Beach which are not far from the house. The owner of the home, Michael, was excellent to deal with which is very important when booking a property sight unseen. He called me when I sent the initial inquiry and answered all of my questions on the telephone. He was also very helpful with recommending restaurants. The property manager Luz was also very helpful and was at the house when we arrived. She arranged a van taxi to take us back to the airport. Restaurant Recommendations: Barcelona Tapas in P.V. and Ocean Grill in Boca."
