"We staying at the Poetry Building for 10 days and loved every minute—this studio was very spacious for 2 people and we felt extremely comfortable. Although the apartment faced a busy street the dual-pane windows/doors kept out the noise making the apartment super quiet. The apartment had great amenities including a full kitchen (with coffee and tea supplies), a hair dryer and towels in the bathroom, and even a power adapter.
Poetry Building is in the beautiful Recoleta neighborhood and is walking distance to many attractions (Av Santa Fe, 9 de Julio, Recoleta Cemetery, City Tour stop, etc.). It is also surrounded by delicious restaurants and is conveniently located near grocery stores. Honestly, the only thing missing in Poetry Building was a washer and drier, however, there was a laundry mat just a few doors down and they had our laundry washed/dried in less than 2 hours which worked out perfectly.
Poetry Building’s staff was amazing! They were readily available to answer questions, provide us with city maps, tour suggestions, etc. We loved our experience and would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time regardless of the rain. The city is very walkable and the location is pretty central. The subway is only a few blocks away (6-7) but for the most part we chose to walk and be amongst the city (we walked about 8 mi/day which is probably more than most would do but the best way to experience the city). Taxis for 6 are not available or we would have used more but still walked a lot.
We were with our 4 kids (13-20) and although workable the 3rd bedroom is a loft and above the kitchen, so not much privacy if needed and direct access to only the half bathroom downstairs so need to be careful going downstairs in the middle of the night (not recommended for young kids).
Nice historical charm, well appointed kitchen, half a block to a grocery story, and dozens of restaurants within a couple of blocks. Martin and his driver were great! Thanks."

"We only had three nights but I wish it could have been longer. This 3rd floor apartment is very large and open. There is a balcony on the main floor and also a huge terrace that is reached by a flight of stairs. There is a table, chairs and lounge chairs on the terrace and it's a great place to sit and have a glass of wine while enjoying the view. We really appreciated the washing machine too.
The whole booking process was smooth and professional. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we felt very welcome on our arrival. Between David and the rental agent, we got a lot of advice and helpful information about the area.
There are so many great restaurants and cafes in this neighborhood that we ate at a different place every day and hardly used the kitchen. ( Don Julios and Las Horas being our favorites). We also checked out a couple of good ice cream shops too. We found it very easy to get around on the underground Metro and there is a stop not far from the apartment.
The apartment is in a secure building in a nice neighborhoodand and we always felt perfectly safe.
I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends."
