"I went to Homer with my dad and son for some fishing and hiking. The apartment is comfortable and as described in the description. My dad and I each got our own room and my son used a rollaway bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and in good shape. We also used the grill a few times on the beautiful deck. A few minor issues came up but were quickly dealt with by Melissa and/or Brad. The location is secluded and quiet just on the edge of town. Vehicle recommended."

"We (2 couples) spent 3 nights at this beautiful home in Homer. The home was large and well equipped with amazing views of the mountains and Katchemak Bay out the front windows. There is a large deck that faces the views, perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The owners were very responsive to any needs or questions we had about activities, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend this home as a place to stay in Homer."

"Our family of five loved staying in the "Bunk House" for a weeklong stay in Cooper Landing. The pictures simply don't do the house justice...it's soooooo much nicer in person! :-) As others have stated, the beds are VERY comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream to cook in. We grilled our salmon on the great porch with views of the Kenai River running past. The bathrooms were very spacious, although it might be easy to miss the 1st floor bathroom (take note!). Of course, we also loved having the washer/dryer to use (huge capacity), and really enjoyed the collection of DVDs and CDs (great taste!). A few notes: the beds are all twins, except for one room with a double and twin. Also: there is NO wifi, and the cell service coverage is dismal (I couldn't get any internet connection from my phone, although I could text and call). We ended up driving up to the Princess Lodge (5 mins away) each day for about an hour to use their free wifi to check on email, Facebook, etc. and it was nice to be internet-free anyway!!!! ;-) Thanks to the very sweet and helpful Danette and Adam, our caretakers, who were awesome, too. (Adam is a fishing guide and you can book with him, or he will help you arrange for a tour with the best guides in town.)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. Anne and Tim were great hosts. The B&B is private with many nice features. It is a short drive to the airport and downtown Anchorage. We highly recommend it."
