"We loved this house. It was very clean, kitchen was new and the hottub was an added bonus. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach that was never crowded. The beach was only a 5 minutes walk or less from the house. We've stayed on the north and south sides of Lake Tahoe and Rubicon bay was by far our favorite because it was away from the crowds of people. When we come back we will definitely be staying in this house!"

"We gathered our families from near and far to this magnificent and love filled home.
Every attention to detail has been met for any one wanting to stay at Lake View Lodge. The warm and cozy décor give a real feel of being in a mountain resort. We had three six year olds in tow and they had so much fun in the evening to have movie time, hide and seek time, all on the second floor, while the adults could gather and cook and visit on the main floor. The large dining area was perfect to have our meals all together and for game time! Needless to say the views were spectacular, we really enjoyed this home. Owners Joe and Jane Lynch have created a little piece of Heaven on Earth."

"“Great base for hiking and beach days”
We can highly recommend this cabin as a base for fabulous hiking in the Tahoe basin. The best day hikes on the west shore are within easy reach, so we hiked 8-10 miles every day in the Desolation and the Granite Chief Wildernesses and loved returning to this comfy cabin. South of the cabin is the Rubicon Trail, the Grass Lake, Half Moon, Susie Lakes, the Cascade Falls and Granite Lake hikes. North of the cabin are the Crag Lake, Five Lakes, General Creek hikes, among others. We enjoyed the solitude of the private Homeowner's pier and small beach in the late afternoon for sun downers, after soothing our feet and cooling our bodies at Bliss Beach. You don't need to bring any groceries because SaveMart and Safeway in Tahoe City have everything you might ever want. We look forward to returning."

"It was tough to tear ourselves away from Lake Tahoe. The cabin was amazing. On arrival, it was super clean. The cabin was exactly as described, and the views were better than pictured on the web site, or imagined they would be. We all appreciated that the sheets and towels were good quality, because after days hiking, bouldering, kayaking, and swimming, and running, etc.,(only about 1/2 mile away from Meeks Bay Resort) we were all able to rest well and repeat the next day! This is where we would like to stay the next time we are in Lake Tahoe!"
