  • Perfect place to enjoy Southern California and all it has to offer.

"Steven's Dana Point condo worked out very well for my wife and I. The central location allows access to everything Southern California has to offer. We are avid cyclist and we really enjoy riding the wonderful bike trails of Dana Point and San Clemente plus the streets in the area a extremely bike friendly. Steven's condo is spacious, warm and comfortable. The second floor location offers a great view which includes the ocean and this remarkable community. This location is perfect for almost everyone with the possible exception of a second floor requiring stairs and neighbors below with sensitive ears which means common sense courtesy while moving around the condo. The pictures are accurate but really don't show the size well. The open kitchen, living room, dinning room area is very open and specious and we loved the way Steven had his walls painted. The patio has a nice view of the pool as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for two people; nothing fancy but adequate for almost anyone. The restroom area has very good lighting and everything works well. Last of all, Steven has priced his property at a very nice price for this location. We come to Dana Point annually and you can't beat this location for the money. Mike and Diane from Des Moines Iowa"

  • Almost too good to be true

"We were coming to California to attend a family reunion, and were looking for a nice home to stay in rather than hotels. We knew we wanted a place near the beach with lots of room for our kids and grandbabies. We did a lot of research and narrowed the list down to the top ten, then everyone voted on their favorite. The Mediterranean Villa won hands down. We were actually a little worried, since the place seemed "too good to be true" and we were afraid that the terrific pictures were all creative photos using deceptive angles like you sometimes see at resorts. Were those huge rooms actually optical illusions from wide angle lenses? When we showed up and walked through the door, the only word anyone could squeak out was "Wow." The property far exceeded our wildest expectations in every way. Everyone had their own room for privacy, with plenty of space for gathering together, both inside and outside. And when we could pry ourselves away from the pool, we were 5 minutes from some of the best beaches in Southern California, along with Dana Point Harbor for whale watching, boating, or deep sea fishing expeditions. The owners were very easy to work with, and were always available for any questions we had. When we had a a minor maintenance issue, David was there right away to take care of it and provide restaurant recommendations to boot. The house was well maintained and obviously cared for. If we come back to California in the future, we will definitely stay here again, and I will be recommending this to anyone who is looking for someplace to stay. Overall, I would rate this property 6 stars out of 5."

  • Five Start Beachside Relaxing Retreat - Ocean View - Walk to the Beach and Shops

"Our week long stay was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We hit the jackpot with our week - unusually large surf - and were able to watch the surf break right from the large deck. The deck was lovely morning, noon and night and we used the ample space to entertain our guests and to kick-back and read. The two umbrellas provided plenty of shade. Super glad to have two parking spots - one for us and one for guests...even though we just walked to the beach -no one had to hunt around for a parking space. The apartment seemed like a cozy beach cottage - wood clad beamed ceilings - hard wood floors - charming and very well appointed with well maintained original charm. We used the beach gear stored in the garage, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and cooler. Easy walk to the pier - breakfast, lunch & dinner - if you choose to just chill. We brought our bikes and rode around Dana Point - did a snorkel tour in La Jolla. Train close - you could do this without a car. Liz was easy to work with and has taken care to make sure everything is in perfect order. We can't wait to book our trip for next year - Highly recommend - we felt like we had our own little perfect slice of paradise. Ideal location, location, location!"

  • AMAZING HOME

"We had a great and comfortable time at this amazing home. The photos of the house do not do the justice as it was much more beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this vacation home and definitely stay here again."
