"Stayed in this condo with 2 families and was perfect size. The location is awesome especially for a group of new skiers. We had 3 under 8yrs old and the close proximity to the slopes and ski school was ideal. Having ski lockers was very helpful and kept the snow mess out of the condo. Parking in the underground garage was great and easy to use. The kitchen was mostly well stocked with supplies you would need for eating in which we did for the majority of our meals. The condo could use some updating and a thorough cleaning. We had a wonderful time and the condo is in a great location!"

  • Great WP Condo

"This is a great condo and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Winter Park. We stayed in the condo over President's Day weekend. It's new, clean, comfortable, and has everything you would need. I always like to stay somewhere that has comfortable furniture and a clean hot tub for after skiing...this place is it, just steps from the clubhouse that has the hot tub, pool, lounge area, and pool table. Walk to the main street restaraunts, shops, Copper Creek Square, etc. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond by email or text, no worries. Shuttle bus to the slopes stops right out front. Thank you!"

  • Great Two night stay in Winter Park

"This was the only unit I could find that allowed a two night stay for a reasonable price. Most others had a minimum of three nights. While being somewhat dated, it was clean and comfortable. Lisa was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. My wife and three kids (17, 19, & 20) felt at home here and enjoyed our stay. Located in the heart of Winter Park, you are never very far from anything. You can't go wrong with this unit."

  • Great choice for our Spring Break

"I took my 17 y/o son, my 12 y/o niece and 3 college age friends of my son on spring break. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I have stayed in many condos with my family over many years, from the Caribbean to Mexico, Arizona, Florida and beyond. This is by far the best equipped, overall, of all the places we've rented. The kitchen had all the tools needed to make large meals. And best of all, there were some basic items in stock in the pantry for making meals...... like sugar, spices of all kinds, oil, syrup etc. It was so nice to NOT have to purchase these types of items in order to make a meal. I purchased and replaced a few items for the next guests, but I really appreciated having the basics right there. The hot tub on the deck was very nice for the kids. The underground garage was wonderful. It is tight, but worked well for our rental van. Once we figured out the bus system, we were very happy with the easy access to the base and lessons for the kids. The condo is very roomy and felt just like home. The beds were great and provided lots of room for everyone to have a bed. The laundry was very convenient and so appreciated!! The view of the mountain was great. I liked being slightly away from all the activity, and yet be able to easily get around. We had a lot of time to explore and found 2 places that were of particular interest. The first is the Frasier Community Rec Center. It is one of the nicest recreation centers I've seen, with a beautiful pool, lazy river, slides, lap pool, sauna, hot tub, bb courts, gymnastic center and climbing wall. It was an incredible place and well worth the admission price. Take your own towel of buy one for $8 at the desk. Lots of spaces for waiting parents to sit and read, watch TV or work on your laptop. The other fun place is The Foundry in Frasier. (almost next to the Rec Center) The Foundry is a combination bowling alley and movie theater/pizza joint. All are TOP notch and fun for the entire family. Check both of these out if you are in the area. If I plan another ski vacation for my family, I would certainly try to rent this condo again and spend another week at Winter Park!! Excellent week!! Excellent facility!!"
