"We traveled during the low season and had a fantastic time. This condo has everything you need and the layout is great. We had four adults and two children (ages 14 & 11) and had plenty of space. The area is very quiet and residential feeling versus the hustle and bustle of Clearwater which is only 4 miles up the road. It was great having the outdoor kitchen and pool table, we did a lot of take out and ate lunch/dinner at the picnic table by the pool. Beware-we did have some kids in the middle of the night steal our beer so be careful what you leave in there overnight! The Kooky coconut was in walking distance to get take out. We also found a small restaurant named jake's cantina that had the best shrimp tacos. The beach was gorgeous and the pool was nicely heated. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation! Thanks Mary Jo!"

"We loved the "Something Fishy" beach condo in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Perfect fit for our family of four. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was available by phone to answer any questions which I appreciated greatly. The only malfunction was that some of the outlets in the bedrooms didn't work, but this was a minor issue. The town was great, away from the busy tourist area but close enoihh to great places to eat. I would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for a lovely vacation, wish it could ha e been longer."

"This condo met our needs and was extremely clean. It was a small walk to the beach and it is beautiful. The sunsets were gorgeous as was the gentleman who played taps at sunset nightly. A problem with a blown breaker could not be resolved over the weekend and they put my friend who was staying in the problem bedroom in a hotel until Monday morning. The problem was solved before I woke up on Monday. There is a clean pool and Jacuzzi with grill for non-beach goers. There are stairs - no elevator, so plan accordingly. I would recommend this condo highly. The owner was very kind. Thank you for allowing us to share this place."

"This unit at Casa de Playa was a nice stay. Perfect for our 2 1/2 year old. We took advantage of the cookware for many meals and ventured out to eat at Keegan's, Slyce, Kooky Coconut and the Cantina. We checked out Calabasi island via kayak, went to Fort de Soto and of course watched our fair share of sunsets. Weather was perfect this time of year, as I am sure it always is. It was hard to trade the swimsuit back for work attire.
The owner was easy to deal with and the property mgmt group check-in and check-out procedure was close by and quick."
