"Beautiful and clean condo (although it could use new carpeting). We enjoyed views of the ocean from the 5th floor balcony and star-gazing at night. Easy access to the beach. This is a great place to stay for people who want to relax and do their own cooking while listening to the ocean waves."

  • Thanksgiving 2014

"We stayed here for a business meeting (fist 3 days), then Thanksgiving with family for the last 4 days. The condo had PLENTY of room for our 2 waves of guests AND our 2 larger dogs. The huge dining room table was perfect for our meals including Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and overall the condo was decorated very nicely. The view from the large balcony was wonderful. It was a short walk down the sidewalk to the beach. There was ample green areas for pets to "do their business" and tons of very convenient stations with doggie waste bags and garbage recepticles. The complex didn't start filling up until about Wednesday so it was very peaceful. We had a couple of "hiccups" with the AC and pest control but they were taken care of VERY promptly after a call to Vacation Rental Pros even with it being a holiday week. Theres a Publix grocery store 5 minutes away on A1A (NOT back down through the toll bridge as was my mistake the first time). I originally wanted to rent a beach house as that's what I was used to and I thought that a condo complex would be too crowded and crazy over a holiday, but couldnt find an adequatly sized home that wasnt a fortune. So we booked this for a fair rate and i was pleasantly surprised. Overall it was a great stay and we'd stay again for sure."

  • Perfect Vaction Home for Introverts

"The week my family spent at Harmony House was great. We loved having our own stretch of beach and lots of privacy. The house is not in a typical conglomeration of rental properties - if you are looking for miniature golf, go carts, jet skis, para-sailing , quad bikes and the like, you should look elsewhere. This rental is for people who like nature and quite. The beach is lined with coquina rocks, so playing in the waves is a low-tide activity, especially for small children. The rocks themselves are quite interesting, with basins and holes like Swiss cheese through which the waves surge at high tide. The house is not fancy (consistent with it's bronze rating) and could use some maintenance, but was comfortable enough. Be advised that the “bonus room” has changed very little since it's previous life as a garage and offers easy in-out privileges for bugs, including stunningly large (but harmless) huntsman spiders. The best thing about this real estate is location, location, location. There are no near neighbors on either side and having an unobstructed view of undeveloped coastline from the breakfast table was wonderful. VacationRentalPros manages this property in a profession manor – maybe too much so. They responded promptly to all inquiries, but also made me sign a one-sided contract with a long list of offenses that would result in our immediate eviction or extra charges to my credit card. That said, they didn't hassle us in any way during our visit, and the notices posted inside the house were much less adversarial. When comparing rental property prices be sure to read the fine print – in addition to taxes, a high cleaning fee, and a non-refundable damage fee, there is an additional charge of 5.95% for unspecified “amenities.” On the whole we were very pleased with our stay at Harmony House. The quite surroundings and proximity to nature suited our family of introverts well."

"Very good experience. The house was beautiful and accommodated the 20 of us very well. There was suppose to be an xbox in the theater which the young people were very disappointed when we found that there was not one and they would not replace it."
