  • Excellent accomodations for a family get together

"We had a delightful time at Crane's Nest. The cabin was very spacious and well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone felt very comfortable and safe staying there. I wholeheartedly recommend this cabin for families. If you have very small children, I suggest being very careful on the deck as the benches built around the trees are built in such a way a child could easily fall through the gap around the tree trunks. Also the clock and bird cage inside are top heavy and a little unsteady making then susceptible to being pulled down if tugged on. None of these things were major issues. We had our 2 year old son running around and just had to keep a close eye on him when he was near these things. Both Sheryl (the property owner) and Stacy (the property manager) were extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with from organized the trip through our arrival and departure. Should we visit Perry again, I intend to re-book."

"This condo was perfect! Just the right size for 2 people with everything you need. The location cannot be beat. Very well equipped and the shower is great. Rent it, you won't be sorry. Walk to everything, Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola, Center for Civil and Human Rights, and Centennial Park!"

  • Fabulous alternative to hotel!

"My family stayed at this condo for a week and have already decided that if/when we return to Atlanta, this will be the first place we book. The owners are very accessible via phone, email and text. They respond quickly and are helpful. The complex is older, but has undergone many renovations and is a lovely building. The concierge was friendly, helpful and check-in/out was simple. We loved that the elevators were fast and that every resident we saw seemed to be clean-cut, professional and friendly. The condo is clean, roomy and has a great view from the 16th floor bedroom and balcony. You can see the America Marts (diagonal from building), the World of Coke and the Georgia Aquarium from the condo (2-3 blocks). Centennial Park, the College Football HOF, the CNN center, the Children's Museum and other great attractions and eateries are nearby. We were warned that this wasn't the best area of town, but we felt very safe walking the streets during the day and evening (often it was me and my two children since this was partly a work trip for my husband). Its a big city and homeless folks are present, but its also like many other areas where you go one way and everything is clean, bright and safe, but you walk the other way and it may not be the same. That's normal in many cities and certainly not something to be super-concerned over if you are out during the day/evening. There were plenty of people on the streets around 7pm."
