"My husband, sister, and I spent 2 weeks here this month. Nice and quiet location with great mountain and ocean views. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was nice. My sister took the room with the queen bed and my husband and I had the king. There was a starter kit of supplies which was great (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.) The unit was clean, but the carpets were due to be cleaned, which Scott said he would schedule soon. I still highly recommend this unit, carpets and all. We had a minor issue with a clogged sink which was taken care of immediately after contacting Scott. He is great to work with. There is a closet outside the front door that has snorkel gear, beach chairs, a cooler, boogie board etc. which we made good use of. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. They are for small loads, but it is nice to wash your swimwear and clothes often. The pool is right outside this unit, very handy. The key lockbox is a little tricky, bring a flashlight if you are arriving in the dark and remember that you need to re-enter the code to re-lock the box. The kitchen was nicely stocked if you want to cook some meals. There is no air conditioning like most units in this area, but it wasn't needed between the windows and fans. The only night that was hot was the first night, but we got in too late to allow much circulation to get going before bed. The rest of the nights were cool when everything is open and the cross breeze is going. Good wifi and TV service. The wifi password is taped to the box by the TV. The unit is about a mile from the Princeville Center with a grocery store and some restaurants. The prices are a little higher in Princeville, but still very handy. We ate at CJ's, Lotus Chinese, and Frederico's (Mexican)...all very good. We also utilized the Foodland and Princeville Wine Market. It is a short drive to north shore and east shore sights. If you are headed to the south shore, figure about 1 1/2 hours to drive it...but it is Kauai so it is a lovely drive. We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone. Rental terms and price were better than any other rentals we looked at. Damage deposit returned promptly. All and all a perfect vacation. A++++++"

"I would highly recommend Keiha's Paradise for your next stay on the North Shore of Kauai. It is a short drive to Hanalei Bay, restaurants and shopping. Everywhere we ate on the island was excellent. But really loved the gas station in Princeville Shopping Center. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed except decent beach chairs umbrella. We left the red Tommy Bahama umbrella for the next visitors to use. I would suggest buying a few Tommy Bahama chairs at Costco and an extra good quality boogie or body board. There was one, and it was good quality. The cooler was great quality with wheels. Kitchen was fully stocked. We requested extra fans and KVR brought them. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I was very thankful for the vacuum cleaner and broom. A lot of sand came home with us each day. Loved having a washer and dryer. We a family of 4 stayed 2 weeks and never had to buy trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels or toilet paper. Never felt the neighbors were noisy. Even though we were right across from the pool the noise didn't bother us. Thanks for providing a wonderful place to stay. Hope to be back soon."

"From the moment we first sent an inquiry to the last email after we checked out, this has been such a positive experience. Harriet is a delight--responsive, personable, kind, and accomodating. The condo has everything you might need and has beautiful views. We didn't spend loads of time there but it was great to have a place to cook dinner and do laundry. It is well-located in a lovely area of Kauai. Be aware that there is no air conditioning (not uncommon in this area); however, there is a whole house fan which cools things down rapidly and keeps the temperature comfortable. There is a nice pool in the complex as well. We highly recommend and can't wait to go back."

"This was our first stay at the here and we were very happy with our accommodations. The décor is bright and colorful, with high quality custom art work… we felt like we were staying at our best friend’s home, not a vacation rental. The furniture is very nice, comfortable and clean, both inside and on the two spacious patios. It is very private and quiet location and feels like a private home.
We both enjoy cooking and the kitchen is complete and well stocked with spices and the all the essentials. The view from the main patio and the kitchen is outstanding, with a sweeping view from mountains all the way to the ocean. The numerous high-quality BBQs on the grounds are under gazebos so we could grill in any weather.
We particularly enjoyed the main patio because it is comfortable, dry, and not windy, regardless of the weather. The amazing views over the trees, neighboring pool and ocean provided non-stop beauty and ever-changing scenery for our entire stay. We love it!"
