Great property, great location, very comfortable
"We (a family of 5) stayed in this cottage for a week and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was very comfortable, had everything you need there, and a great view. Jack and Mary were very accommodating ... even gave advice on what we can do in area since we've never been to Maine. Its Magical! I would recommend this cottage...would definitely come back!"

"We had grand plans of using this as a base from which to also enjoy days out at Arcadia and the White a Mountains. We got as far as Portland but were very happy to return from the urban to Harpswell and this idyllic spot. One day the mist came rolling in so we put on rain coats instead of swimming costumes and beach combed for sea glass and shells. Other days we were in the sea and had to share the beach with three other families - it's a hidden gem. Amazing cafe nearby at the Old School House and opposite at the Fruit Corner they are making all sorts of treats. We have two small children and this place could not have housed us any better. Thanks. If we were not in the U.S. for only two years then we'd be heading straight back but we feel the need to see further afield. Hope we don't wish we'd stayed closer to home."

"What a gorgeous house and place for a relaxing vacation! There was plenty of room for 10 of us in this well layed out home. The house was stocked with everything you could need. The beach was steps away down a rocky path...so close! The sound of the waves at high tide was wonderful to fall asleep to. It was private yet still close enough. Bailey island is a very small but gorgeous island. Sunrise from this house was awesome. The people at morse's cribstone restaurant were wonderful. We went down to lands end and giants stairs. We also visited Freeport and wiscasset. The owner was very helpful and responded almost immediately with any questions I had. If we do another family get together we will definitely consider this place again!"
