"My family just returned from a week at this very special home. The lot is extremely private and the views are AMAZING! The home itself is the perfect oceanside Maine home. The inside has all of the charm and warmth that you would want without skimping on the creature comforts you would expect from such a grand home. The enormous fireplace was a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, dish, bowl and appliance you could possibly dream of...and more. The home overlooks a rugged coastline with crashing surf and at the same time allows plenty of room to search for sea glass at low tide. My family will remember this special place for years to come. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a private, oceanfront getaway with room for at least 10 people."

"Our family had a fantastic time at Aberdeen! The home was beautiful, roomy and extremely clean. We had everything we needed to fit our families needs. The couple that keeps an eye on the house were so sweet. The owners were the kindest, most helpful people and checked in on us during our trip. We've rented before and no one has ever done that. The view from the home was amazing and the nature surrounding us was unbelievable. We saw huge deer and a bald eagle, to name a few...
If you stay here and are looking for a beach, ask the locals about Cedar Beach on Baileys Island. This hidden gem was loved by all of us...I just wish I knew about it sooner. It's a bit off the beaten path and you need to walk a distance for the car, but well worth it. There is so much to do in the area too...the guys went fishing and the whole family went sailing on a beautiful 70' schooner. A must! We were lucky to be there for the 4th of July...and the fireworks display were AMAZING! And not at all what we expected for a tiny island.
You cannot go wrong choosing this beautiful home."

"The cottage was clean, well kept and is in a wonderful area close to areas of interests. The yard was especially nice for dogs and we enjoyed the hammock in the afternoon. We enjoyed Erica's for lobster rolls and Morse's!! The Giant Steps on Bailey Island were a sight to see!! I would definitely recommend this property!"
