"What a delight it was to spend the month of September 2015 in Maine at your place [Unit #4]. The charm of Camp Ellis will never be erased from my memory and it was especially nice of you to welcome my family and friends as they "popped in" for a visit during my stay! The accommodations were perfect to include a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV and games for drizzly days, two decks with grille, unmatched ocean/river scenery, all accompanied by the sounds of the tide and squawking gulls! A 5-star rating for you, Patrick!"

"Perfect home in a perfect location. Home was very clean and had all amenities for staying an extended period of time. Less than .5 mile walk to Short Sands Beach and York Beach area restaurants and shopping. Very dog friendly area. We look forward to staying again at the Irish Mist."

"As the father of two small children (ages 3 and 5) I highly recommend this location. It's a short walk from Gooch's Beach, a very family-friendly, non-commercial spot. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed digging in the clean sand, as well as exploring tide pools and a nearby breaker, where they found countless crabs and tiny sea creatures. It's the perfect spot for early-morning walks (and runs!) and twilight strolls. The house is also about a mile from Kennebunkport (close enough for my wife and I to walk into town for dinner) and its outstanding shops and restaurants (we especially loved lobster rolls and fried clams from the Clam Shack and artisan ice cream from Rococo Ice Cream). The neighborhood is very tranquil, and its residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The house features a great kitchen and deck for cooking and entertaining. It's also very spacious. In fact, we were able to easily accommodate my brother-in-law, his wife and their baby for several nights. There are plenty of options to chance your experience (we visited the nearby Trolley Museum and took a lobster cruise) and ways for spend quality time with your kids (ours frequented a nearby seaside playground and rode their bikes on the quiet neighborhood streets)."
