  • Clean, modern, attractive, excellent location -- a great value overall

"I stayed here for 5 nights in early May with a group of 6 women, and it was ideal for us. Plenty of space in every way -- bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining -- and so clean and comfortable as to satisfy even the pickiest people in our group. When you look at the price of hotel rooms in downtown Santa Fe, this place is an amazing bargain. We walked downtown for several dinners (Cafe Pasqual's and La Casa Sena were two favorites) and drove to the top of Canyon Road for an evening at El Farol. We also really enjoyed the Tesuque flea market, hiking at Bandelier and Tsankawi Mesa, and exploring the many museums and art galleries downtown. The shopping was world-class! Santa Fe is one of my favorite vacation destinations, and I have stayed out at the Bishop's Lodge resort, downtown at a B&B, and downtown at La Posada in the past. For a group trip, if you want great access to downtown and enjoy a little walking, this house is the best option by far."

  • Wonderful owner and management company

"We called late on a Sunday night wanting to drive to Santa Fe early Monday morning, Ruth, Jody and Josie were all so accommodating and easy to work with. The condo was in perfect condition, they offered great suggestions, and we even ended up staying an extra day because we had so much fun. We had two families and even though we put all the kids in one room, it never really seemed like it was too small. There is plenty of living space and the kitchen table fit everyone perfectly. There are 3 decks and we were able to spread out and enjoy the time. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything is modern and clean, the beds are comfortable and they even brought in a rollaway bed for the extra kiddo. It is quite a distance from the plaza, about 25 min walking each way, but since it was low season we were able to drive everywhere. We were walking distance from the railyard, but that was not hopping in March, mid-week. We didn't have any problems driving everywhere and we were glad we had 2 parking spaces. Beware that the spaces are small (very typical for Santa Fe...seems like all the car spaces are small). So if you have a large SUV, you may have to plan ahead to find an area big enough to park. We didn't have any trouble, but it was a slow time of year too. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. One last note, the condo is on a fairly busy road, but because of the high brick fence, it didn't interfere with our outdoor patio time. I didn't have any trouble sleeping, but the road noise did bother my husband. He used ear plugs and never had any trouble. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. You can't really hear anything from the first floor due to the fence, but the second floor is a little louder. Nothing too bad unless an ambulance goes by."

  • Wonderful Home away from Home!

"I have stayed at this bungalow on two different occasions while working in Roswell as a Travel nurse. This little house is cozy, warm and inviting and offers everything you could possibly need. The owners are terrific people that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. This is definately my favorite home away from home."

  • Cloudcroft High School Reunion

"This is a superb house that will feel like your home rather than a rental. It has a very comfortable and cozy feel with special touches throughout. The kitchen has everything needed to cook just about any meal you want. The towels and bed linens are all top quality. It was extremely clean and the entire property is well cared for. There were three of us couples in our sixties in town for a High School Reunion being hosted by a classmate with a second home nearby. Because we were raving about the house so much, those staying other places wanted a tour. Everyone was impressed with how well decorated it was and it's charm. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and provided us with all the information needed for a successful trip. We could not have improved on our accommodations and strongly recommend this place. A wide variety of people will find this to be a perfect getaway for a few days or for a couple of weeks---it is that comfortable."
