West Village Palooza!
"Beautiful space, great character, elegant and functional, a charming retreat from the high energy of New York City when needed, but close to sights and sounds. Gorgeous Steinway Grand piano with a sound fit for Carnegie Hall will tempt any musician along for the trip. Jogging along the Hudson River just down the street, you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower. The townhouse is walking distance to the Subway or to Highline Park. It is located close to great bars and restaurants, many with historic significance (Olio e Piu, Malatesta, Cowgirl Cafe, The Stonewall Inn, White Horse Tavern), and stores (Joe Malone, Rag and Bone, Gourmet Garage). Great little thrift store at St. Luke's, too. But even in New York City, you might just want to stay home some time. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of homey little spots to snuggle in. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half pretty bathrooms. Nesting might be preferred to sight-seeing sometimes. The Courtyard provides precious and comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails or even dining. But most of all, your host is a total sweetheart. I will always remember this trip fondly."

"So myself, mum, dad and brother stayed in Breda's apartment over Christmas and New Year for 16 nights and it was the best decision we have ever made! The apartment is located in a friendly, safe and convenient location. There are cute diners, restaurants, grocery stores etc located around every corner and at reasonable prices as well. Fairways supermarket is a couple of blocks away and has everything you need from organic vegetables, fruits and anything else you need! The subway is a pleasant 10 minute walk and is on the green line so you can get a train directly to midtown in a very short period of time. The apartment itself is very sweet and is definitely comfortable and provides a home away from home. You feel as though you actually live there while you are staying there and I was actually quite sad to leave it. The four of us (all adults) fit quite comfortably in the apartment however any more than 4 would be pushing it. The kitchen area is great and Breda provides every appliance you could possibly need for cooking meals. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody travelling to New York, and if I ever go back with either family or friends, I will definitely book this place again."

Your little hideaway while being a part of the action!
"We loved this place! It has everything you need in a neat and tidy package. It is a very spacious one bedroom. With large hallways and bathroom which was refreshing. The air-conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom seemed a little outdated and were a bit temperamental during our visit (but were great white noise to block out the occasional emergency sirens), the bed felt a little sunken on each side, and the bathtub drain was a little blocked (easily fixed) up but these things were minor considering the fantastic view, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated bathroom, lovely doorman, gym, outdoor sitting areas, and well supplied home (coffee pot, hair dryer, large stove-top cooking pots, oven cooking pans, utensils, condiments, large supply of towels (kitchen and all bathroom), consumables, fast communication, nice and extra linen, big draws to unpack (bedroom & bathroom), small balcony off bedroom, washer & dryer (these were a huge plus for us), security and location of building... The list goes on... If this place is available I wouldn't let it go.. Highly recommended!"

"This studio apartment was great! It was just what we were looking for: room to sleep and eat breakfast. The apartment was clean, safe, and nice! It's close enough to everything, but a few blocks away to get a different perspective of NY life. I would highly recommend staying here."
