  • Lovely apartment in the upper east side

"This is a great apartment. My husband and I were visiting NY for the first time and loved it. Sue was helpful and reliable. The apartment was clean and a decent size. The area is lovely and quiet compared to the busy downtown area. The apartment is about a 12 min walk to the subway so be prepared for that. There is a lot of walking involved but it's Ny! Also there r loads of restaurants close by that we ate at a few times. If you have never been to New York I recommend getting the NY pass as its so convinient when it comes to site seeing. We also used max, sue suggested him for picking/dropping off from the airport and this worked out well. He sent his brother who spoke no English which was disappointing for us but other than that it was good. Highly recommend this place. Feels like your a true New Yorker living here instead of a tourist staying downtown!"

  • A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

"Thank you to Fabian for an amazing apartment on the Upper East Side! As a young female in her 20's, travelling alone all the way from Australia - it was important to find a safe, secure and suitable oasis to call home for the 3 month duration of my trip! This UES apartment became my "home away from home" - accommodating all my necessities both inside the apartment, and in its surrounds. With absolute convenience in every aspect - the apartment is positioned at the back of the building providing more peace and quiet. There is a fully equipped quaint kitchen, with grocery shops only a few blocks away. Situated close to Central Park and the East River, it was surprisingly easy to exercise in the city without checking into a gym - I enjoyed walking around the Central Park Reservoir or along the FDR drive looking out over the East River. Building also includes washing machine and dryer located in the basement as well as an elevator (for the days you don't feel like taking the stairs)! My purpose in New York was to complete an internship in the heart of Midtown, however I made it my mission to spend my free time sight-seeing all that New York has to offer! The convenience of the 4, 5, 6 subway ONLY one block away, was a BIG perk. Buses, cabs and car services are the slowest (and most expensive) way to get anywhere in Manhattan, so the accessibility of the subway at your finger tips makes it incredibly easy to get around. Especially for the first time visitors who have ALOT to see! I would recommend this to anyone (young or elderly) looking for a true New Yorker experience! I adored this apartment, and would rate 5 STARS :)"

  • Location: Great!

"5 day vacation in the City with my family, and really found the location in LIC overlooking the Manhattan skyline beautiful. The location was great, one stop on the 7 line from Grand Central - it made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go so easy."
