"Great little condo had everything you could ask for. Very comfortable and bright but a little on the noisy side if you're staying in one of the units at the front of the building. A restaurant and pub downstairs. Walking distance to more restaurants, pubs, shopping, groceries, liquor store and points of interest. The M15 Bus stops right outside the door to the business district and waterfront or walk to 1st to catch the bus all the way up to Harlem or everything in between. I'm glad we chose this neighborhood, we felt like locals and wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

"My wife, 3 teenage daughters and I stayed for a week. Lucia was such a great host and made all of our communications easy. We loved the location and the space that the 2nd level suite offered for us. Each night, after many hours of site seeing throughout New York, we knew we had a large, comfortable space to return to. The girls are already asking when we can return! Best wishes Lucia and we can't wait to stay again."

"We had a great time staying at Ray's place in Upper Manhattan. We had never been to NYC and decided to go as a family before sending our daughter off for a year exchange to France. Ray's apartment was comfortable, clean, with nice amenities. For our trip it was important that he had working fans and air conditioning, it got quite warm at the end of our week. His place was easy to find and right on the major north south subway line up and down Manhattan. We could be with the crowds of Time Square in less than 20 minutes or in Central Park in 10. His neighborhood is very safe and we walked everywhere. There were great eats in the neighborhood, like The Edge, The Grange, The Sugar Hill Cafe, and Cafe One. We took the subway to Yankee's Stadium in 15 minutes. We went north to Dyckman Marina in Harlem and listened to live Hip Hop and Soul. Ray was accommodating with a early check in because the apartment was available and he kept our bags in his place for a late check out on our last day. My daughter thought the pull-out couch was a very comfortable bed, nothing like the old versions with springs. The kitchen is fully equipped. We would highly recommend a stay at this vacation rental and would rent it again on a return trip to NYC."

"Our family of four--mom, dad and two young adult children --spent 5 nights here. I was worried about renting like this, but it went flawlessly and we loved the unit. The owners were helpful without being at all intrusive, and the unit itself is beautiful.
The huge windows in the front as well as the balcony and lovely garden view from the back were so enjoyable, and not what you would expct from NYC. At the same time, it was very convenient to transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was fully stocked, and had all sorts of cool spices. There were high end toiletries provided and the bathrooms were quite nice.
We felt so comfortable and pampered. :-) Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us."
