"My husband and I greatly enjoyed our week's stay at this beautiful spacious home. in the dining room, living room, and screened in porch, we could pretend that we were citizens of Vermont shortly after the American Revolution-enjoying fabulous views of flowers and lawns. In the family room, kitchen and bathroms we enjoyed all the beneits of reently updated features and 21st century technology. Nancy and Tom, the owners, gave us great tips on surrounding attractions, from restaurants, to the farmer's market, to a great hiking trail with breathtaking views. We enjoyed a side trip (15 minutes) to the Weston Priory and the Vermont Country Store. We highly recommend this home to one and all!"

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our family. This was our second visit at your place and we had an unforgettable time in this piece of paradise both times.
You've been a welcoming and helpful host, addressing our questions and requests in a timely manner.
The location is secluded and serene while at the same time just a 5 min drive to Stowe center. Your house is designed, built, and furnished with great attention to detail; and you're doing a great job maintaining it. It opens up to magnificent mountain views. The house is clean and well stocked with essentials (linen, kitchen supplies, paper goods). It offers all the comforts one might need on a two-week vacation with children.
We made many precious memories at your place and the Stowe area. From hiking Camel's Hump, Pinnacle Trail, Silver Pond, Bingham Falls, and other places, biking on the bike path along Little river, canoeing in your pond, berry picking in the morning, cooking pancakes and eggs, watching Mr. Bean, getting a bite at the Green Goddess, or just hanging out. We feel at home here and will be back.

"This is a wonderful place for several couples or a large family. The wrap around porch offers fantastic views of the golf course, mountains and lake. The kitchen area and living areas are terrific. We were four couples and never were crowded for space."

"We wanted to live a family experience in countryside with our kids. We couldn't expect more than staying at Marty and Carol's place. First they are lovely people and very helpful. Second there is a lot of space for kids to play outside safely, discovering works on a farm, animals (there are a lot, ducks, hens, pigs, chicks and friendly dogs) and picking their own blueberries. Thank you Marty for being so patient with their one hundred questions per day! And we love the little private garden to pick up our own salad or veggies! The one bedroom was a little tiny for our four people family, but it was very quiet, well equipped and so convenient."
