"We have 10 girls in our group and we rent a house every summer. Not one of the previous houses we've rented even come close to this house in comparison.
This house is tastefully decorated, updated and extremely spacious. The bathrooms are amazing!
There are tons of movies, books, games and magazines available to use.
It's a true country house with views of fields, a stream and even some farm animals. It has a great front deck with two huge maple trees that provide just the perfect amount of shade.
The landlord is extremely helpful and responded the day after we got back about refunding the security deposit. I'd definitely go back!!"

"We spent the weekend with family and It was a great place to reconnect. It was warm but the bedrooms are in the basement so we slept well. During the day We went to the local county park and spent the day swimming. The kitchen is fully equipped and we prepared all our meals there. Overall a wonderful property. The area is quiet. I especially liked the deck overlooking the creek."

"My wife and I and two friends enjoyed a wonderful weekend here overlooking the Mississippi! A great house for us - the three bedrooms were perfect and having a garage was a real plus with the very cold nights we had! the house had everything we needed and was a wonderful place to relax after visiting Lacrosse and the Amish countryside! We have rented a good number of homes on the Great River Road and this one was the most comfortable with the best view we have enjoyed! Thank You!"

"My husband and I have been to this beautiful home three times and plan to go back next year again. It is perfect for us and we love the whole area. I especially love the sunsets almost every evening. I have taken at least a dozen pictures that I
can look at all winter. The house itself is great. It is always clean and perfect. It has a fireplace for cold weather and it has an outdoor fire pit for enjoyment. The Jacuzzi is a real plus. We could even watch the sunsets from it. The kitchen is great. It has everything a cook could possible want. I did a lot of cooking and found everything I needed. The trains do pass in back of the house but we love trains and they did not bother us. In fact there was a week with few to no trains and we missed seeing them. There are three pub/restaurant within walking distance. There is a market right down the block that carries a little of everything if you forget to bring something you need. There is a dock and fishing pier down the street for fisherman. There are some good restaurants nearby. Lansing Iowa. about ten miles away has several eating places. The Great River Road House in De Soto, Wi. about 7 miles away has a great view of the Mississippi, great food and pizza. This house is just a great get away spot."
