With two oversized leather chairs and an oversized sectional that can easily accommodate 10, you can sink into a comfortable conversation while enjoying the breeze from the wall to wall sliding patio doors. Right off the informal sitting area, pour yourself a drink and make your way to the formal sitting area. Two large leather recliners can ease you back, while you put on your favorite channel. Right off the main area is the gourmet kitchen. You can play host while 6 of your closest friends sit at the kitchen bar to watch you utilize the high-end Sub-Zero appliances.

The 10 person formal dining table offers a better conversation layout with a view of the mountains while you dine. If you're ready to retreat, the master bedroom will allow you breathing room with its two-story ceiling and high windows to let in lots of natural light. The comforting king becomes even cozier when you turn on the in-room fireplace to fight any night chill. In the master ensuite, you're also rewarded with Ritz-Carlton like amenities. With 24" granite tiles, glass walls, and a bathroom television you're bathed in all the luxurious features you need to start or end your day. The additional guest bedrooms feature ensuite baths and take after the master in design, showcasing granite features and sliding door access to the outside living space.

You'll take the Otis Elevator up to the Tower, rooms are an additional treat with amazing views of the valley, all located on the third floor of the tower. The house connects as a whole through the garage, easily giving you access through the main house and the tower for an easy connection to everything this home has to offer. With direct access to the outdoor living area, the recreation room is one area you can really enjoy yourself.

The full sliding doors can open the area to extend the space and view the beautiful mountain sunsets. Play billiards and watch the game while a friend tends to the downstairs bar.
