Casa Opera es un apartamento magnífico, situado en la planta baja de un elegante edificio construido en el año 1570, en la zona más tranquila, justo en frente de la Catedral de San Martino y la Iglesia de San Giovanni, en el corazón de la ciudad de Lucca centro.
El apartamento ha sido recientemente restaurado a un nivel excepcionalmente alto de calidad. La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento es muy luminoso. Este apartamento se encuentra en el mismo edificio que el apartamento 812048 anunciado aquí en este sitio web.
El salón dispone de TV con canales internacionales, reproductor de DVD y reproductor de CD con CDs de música clásica y muy elegante mobiliario. Hay una gran cocina independiente totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, tostadora, microondas, cafetera, estufas de 4 fuegos, congelador, refrigerador. Un lavadero está equipado con lavadora y secadora, plancha y tabla.
La zona de noche ofrece 1 dormitorio doble con cama de matrimonio y 1 habitación con 2 camas individuales. Hay 2 baños (1 con bañera de hidromasaje y 1 con ducha).

La estadía mínima es de 4 noches.

Great Location in Lucca

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment. It is very spacious and comfortable. The only negative is that I felt rushed to leave by the cleaning lady who came in before 10:00 while we were gathering our things. But, overall a good place to stay in Lucca.

Fabulous location in Old Luca

A short walk from Luca train Station. We received a warm welcome and introduction to Casa Opera from Christina who met us at the property. A comfortable property that had everything we required for a very pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, quality linen and good towels. So close to many choices to eat any meal. Can be a bit noisy from late pedestrians and some noisy garbage trucks other wise a good property for a great stay in Luca

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at this apartment. Location is perfect- literally, one steps out into one of the prettiest pizzas in Lucca. i was there for ten days so the layout of the apartment allowed for a sense of separateness vs staring at one large open space. Very homey. Beds were excellent, I slept like a log. I like to cook and found that the selection of utensils and knives could be refreshed. I picked up a viral bronchitis while I was there and the staff were helpful in getting me information about seeing a doctor on a Saturday . Wonderful stay and I highly recommend this apartment and it’s staff.

Delightful spaciaous apartment in the centre

We had the most wonderful week in this apartment this september. It's located right in the centre of town in the most peaceful historic square. It's large enough for 4 people to live comfortably (as we did) without getting in each others way. We especially liked the 2 bathrooms - one with a bath and the other with the most wonderful shower... Everything is new and works, the internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle... no problems at all. And it's immaculate throughout. We will be coming back (definitely) and hopefully to stay longer.

THIS AN EXCELLENT APARTMENT, IDEALLY SITUATED

Upon arrival at Lucca we rang Sonia to arrange for delivery of the key to the Apartment. Sonia showed us through he Apartment and gave us appropriate instructions which proved very helpful during our 10 day stay. The Apartment is spacious and well appointed. Area is quite and close to a number of the City's attractions. The weather during our stay was exceptional and the amount of sunlight streaming into the Apartment was delightful. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Would recommend the Apartment as a base to explore the features of the Region. Cleaner comes to replace Bathroom and Bedroom linen after 7 days occupancy. We felt lucky to stay in this apartment.

Lucca 2018

We had a very nice time staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It looked just as nice as the photos! The kitchen appliances were modern but took some patience to operate, but everything else worked great - especially the air conditioning - which was needed in late June! Mrs. Sonia was helpful and the booklet gave us a lot of information for touring around Lucca. We went to a Villa owned by a Prince in that booklet - and the tour of that villa and the lunch place on the side of a mountain nearby that the villa folks recommended were the highlight of our trip! Our only surprise was the Lucca rock music festival - which was too loud and was 3 nights during our stay...but that was unavoidable... Overall we loved the place - and thought the location was perfect for a week long stay in Lucca! We would highly recommend this place!

Our Second Stay in Casa Opera

Last years month visit to Lucca and our stay in Casa Opera was not enough and we returned for five weeks this year......and hopefully will be able to do so again. The apartment feels like "returning home". It is very comfortable......the beds are extremely comfortable...even the sleeper couch.......what few items I found lacking in the kitchen I brought with me and have left for future renters....although the kitchen is small it is easy to prepare small meals in.....hang in there when lighting the gas stove top...it seems to take forever for the flame to stay lite and the clicking to stop. Casa Opera is so convenient to everything....be sure to use the bikes provided. WIFI great in all the rooms. SONIA and Benadetta fabulous to work with and both have become friends. Be sure to eat at Al Corso on via Corso Garibaldi...fantastico!!!! Enjoy you stay.

Great location. Charming apartment

This lovely spacious apartment is on the ground floor. We considered that a real plus! The apartment is close to everything. We walked with our luggage from the train station. Many restaurants nearby. We attended Puccini's opera which is located right across the square. The opera was amazing! We walked on the wall which surrounds Lucca and climbed the towers to a fantastic view of Lucca and the countryside. We hired a driver for a day in Sienna and San Gimignano...ending our day at the I BALZINI winery. What a magical day! The only reason we didn't give this beautiful place a 5 star review, is because the sofa is terribly stained. Everything else was wonderful with a designers touch: the art, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the bedrooms. Thank you Sonia for providing this lovely place. Location, Location and Comfort

We felt throughout our month stay in Casa Opera we had chosen RIGHT. First off working with Sonia before our arrival went smoothly and she was always responsive to my many emails with questions. Benedetta the owners daughter who lives with her parents two flights above was always " there" and responsive during our stay. The apartment was clean and the beds are the most comfortable we have had on any of our previous 7 trips to Italy. The. Bathrooms are of good size and modern and updated. The location is perfect for seeing all of Lucca easily or just watching from the windows the street activity outside. Having the bikes come with this apartment is HUGE and we used daily throughout our stay. Any cons I have should be take lightly and personally subjective. The kitchen could use more utinsils....pots and pans, silverware and dishes.....but I am sure most renters would go out more than we did being there for a month.....the slip overs are in need of a good wash or replacement.....a few wall areas need some touch up painting after all the rain this past winter. We would definitely stay in Casa Opera again and recommend it to out friends.

Picture-Perfect Apartment

If we had to pick a picture-perfect place for our one week stay in Lucca this would be it. We have visited Lucca numerous times as day trips from Florence and Viareggio. Each time we talked about staying for a week and once we made the decision our criteria for the apartment was: • 2 large bedrooms and baths with high ceilings and traditional Italian furnishings. • A reasonable size kitchen for cooking at least 2 meals a day. • Proximity to restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, shopping and grocery stores. • A first-class bicycle shop that offered weekly rentals. This apartment easily met all our criteria. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was typical of many apartments, a bit small but easy to work in. The entire house was clean and well maintained. The location, in the center of town, was ideal. The apartment is in a piazza that also has a church with nightly Puccini concerts. Within a few blocks there were numerous restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, and a first-class bicycle shop, Chrono. There were a few grocery stores nearby and most importantly we were within a short proximity of shopping. Ms. Sonia, the host, met us at our scheduled time. She spoke English quite well and provided a clear explanation of the apartment. There also was a folder with lists of things to know about the apartment and Lucca. We would highly recommend this apartment. When we return to Lucca, we would love to stay in this apartment again. Ann and Stephen Gang

The property was perfect

Had a wonderful time on Lucca and this property was perfect. We were traveling with my parents and this first floor property was perfect. This trip helped me check a long time item off of my Dad's bucket list. As a child, he promised his grandmother that he would go to her hometown. 100 years ago this year she emigrated to America so this seemed like the perfect time!!! The flat was tastefully decorated with enough space for the 4 of us and close to everything! Beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer was a godsend. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to Lucca!!!

We spent a week in the apartment in Februari. The apartment is spacious and situated in a quiet, central neighborhood, next to the S. Giovanni and S. Martino churches, and very close to the railway station. One bathroom has a jacuzzi. The owner was flexible with check-in (we could enter 3 hours earlier) and luggage storage in the rental company office, located 5 minutes away from the apartment. We haven’t met Sidrak but were warmly welcomed by Chiara.

Great place to stay

This apartment was perfect for our first holiday in Tuscany. Could not have chosen a better location. Lucca has so much to offer. The walk along the wall. Beautiful buildings and lots of great places to eat. On Friday 13th Sept we were lucky enough to have the procession for the festival go right past our window . Thousands of candles lit the buildings. There was music, marching, singing, medieval costumes and more. What a way to end our stay. We had visited Pisa and Florence using the train. Also we arrived by bus from the airport both good ways to travel. Cannot wait to share our many photos with our friends and family.

Charming apartment in excellent location

Close to parking, and located within the old city, this apartment is beautiful. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, lovely views from every window. Loved the quaintness of an apartment in such an old building - the old timber ceilings, antique pieces and such. All in a beautifully furnished residence. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect for our family of four adults. Appreciated the professional hand over and the comprehensive manual which had everything about the apartment and Lucca which we could have wanted to know.
