El apartamento Casa JANCA, que se encuentra a lo largo de una calle céntrica y tranquila y encantador VIA DEI FOSSI -en el interior de las paredes de Lucca- próximos al Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Lucca, con vistas a una hermosa corriente, que se encuentra dentro de un edificio que data de siglo 11, que era parte de una fortaleza medieval antiguo.

El apartamento se encuentra en la planta baja que lo hace ideal para los adultos mayores y tiene una entrada privada. El apartamento está situado en la zona aquiet de la ciudad con vistas a una corriente: este es un lugar muy pintoresco! En el edificio de al lado del apartamento se encuentra la medida Lu. C.C. A. (Centro de Lucca de Arte Contemporáneo) y el famoso restaurante dentro del mismo denominado imbuto (1 estrella Michelin). Durante el museo de la corriente continua y se puede ver la maravillosa iglesia de San Francisco con su mármol blanco románica de la fachada y de muchas fuentes. La Via Fillungo (principal calle comercial), así como a través de Santa Cruz y el Anfiteatro están a poco más de la esquina.

COMPOSICIÓN:
El apartamento tiene un amplio salón con un nuevo sofá cama doble para dormir 2 personas (los huéspedes tienen el uso de su propio cuarto de baño ya que la casa tiene total de 2 cuartos de baño), una cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, horno, microondas, tostadora , hervidor de agua, estadounidenses e italianos cafetera y una amplia selección de utensilios de cocina), una sala de almacenamiento con servicio de lavandería (lavadora y secadora de ropa + plancha y tabla), una habitación doble con una cama de matrimonio y un cuarto de baño.

Cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado.

El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado y una conexión wifi muy confiable proporcionada por la compañía telefónica nacional.

La estadía mínima es de 4 noches.

La calefacci��n de invierno se cobra por 6 euros diarios o de acuerdo con la tarifa de alquiler a largo plazo.

Tenga en cuenta que para el uso de las bicicletas se le solicitará que suscriba una carta de responsabilidad.

We loved it!

This was our return trip to Lucca after several years and we remembered this street. My husband actually bought a bag at the leather store on the corner in 2012 and was able to go back and meet the same artisan who originally helped him (and laugh at how much older they both were in the picture!). The apartment is exactly as described. The bed is comfy. While the windows are high, they allow in a ton of light. Two bathrooms were a nice touch. Well stocked kitchen and a perfect place to work remotely (and run out for a gelato between meetings!). Cost saving hint with a car - We parked at the local lot on the first and last night to have luggage access and just walked from the free lot outside of the walls (10-15 min) the rest of the time.

Fabulous stay

This is our fifth stay in a Lucca Apartments and Villas property and it was, as always, perfect. The apartment is lovely, well furnished and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The best part though was the location. Lovely square nearby with great restaurants and bars and still only minutes walk to Fillungo. Looking forward to the next time and our thanks to all the team at LAAV.

6 weeks in Lucca

we felt very comfortable and considered the apartment our second home we found the location excellent overall we were very happy insect screens on the windows would improve overall amenity. we suffered significant & painful insect bites during our stay, and we could not open the windows for fresh air without letting insects in. providing a picnic or ground blanket would be a great asset - we had several picnics on the wall, and it would have been nice to sit on the grass with a picnic blanket

Lucca exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic stay at the Casa Janca. The booklet supplied by the host advising of so many details was extremely helpful. Check in and out were simple. The apartment is in a great spot for getting to anywhere.

Una Casa lontano da casa

Questo soggiorno mi ha fatto sentire veramente a casa, avevo tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e anche di più. Posizione comodissima e zona ben servita. Le istruzioni al check in sono state chiare e le comunicazioni amichevoli. Ho intenzione di ripetere l'esperienza, magari in una struttura più piccola ma gestita dallo stesso host.

Spacious one bedroom apartment in good location

The one bedroom apartment is accessed directly from the street using its own entrance. A bright and airy lounge welcomes you with the bedroom and well equipped kitchen directly off. The location is very good being a short ten minute walk to the main tourist areas whilst having good local restaurants and bars in a pleasant square two minutes away.

Excellent accommodation in central Lucca

Beautiful, spotless and very spacious accommodation, with 2 shower/toilets. Excellent central location but in a quieter area of Lucca. Manuel was very helpful on 2 particular occasions and we were grateful for his speedy assistance. We would highly recommend this apartment and this company for a stay in Lucca. Nothing I can think of, all excellent.

A really nice stay!

We had a really nice stay for 10 nights as a friend group in Casa Janca. There is alot to visit in Lucca and the surrounding region. If you come by car park at parcheggio mazzini, only 400m from the apartment. The check in went really smoothly with instructions and tips for restaurants and other activities. 100% recommend to book a stay in one of the Apartments of Lucca Apartments and Villas. Everything is like described and as shown on the pictures.

Lovely stay in Casa Janca

We had a lovely week stay in the apartment "Casa Janca". Well located, plenty of space for two, very clean, all the facilities one could require. We particularly appreciated having a washing machine, as we were on a month long trip. Communication was very clear and timely, and Manuel who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. A very positive experience all round.

Overall, the apartment was very good. The only concerns that we had are when we checked in the coffee maker was not cleaned. The grinds had to be emptied. The apartment is in a good location. Suggest taking a taxi to/from the train station with luggage. Areas can be rocky and may damage luggage. The water fountain was was outside of the apartment which was great to refill large water bottles. The quality of Lucca water is excellent and safe. The bed was comfortable. WiFi is good. I would stay again. It is hard to maintain the heat so there should be better quality throw blankets , one for each person. We left some supplies there but there is a super market about a 7 minute walk away.

A perfect stay

The accommodation more than lived up to the photos shown on line. Extremely comfortable especially the bed which in holiday rentals is often a letdown. Plenty of kitchen equipment to prepare meals if you are prepared to stay away from the restaurants. Its position is ideal on a quiet road with the very attractive stream just a few yards away. Even for us as a couple getting on in years and with arthritic problems we were able to explore with ease. Lucca is a magical city and Casa Janca was the icing on the cake. Thank you Wash basin plug does not work, especially needed when shaving. Plastic plants do attract dust and the many knickknacks must be a nightmare for the cleaners.

It’s a great apartment!

It’s a great apartment! The listing is accurate. The location is reasonably close to everything within the city walls. Also, the Mazzini parking garage is conveniently close by for those arriving by car. If (when) we return to Lucca, we would love to stay here again!

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, morning coffee is around the corner. The apartment itself has a decent size, clean, nicely decorated and the two bathrooms are a plus. Further, clear communication in the period before our arrival. We very much liked our stay at the apartment!

One of the best apartments I have seen in Lucca and I have stayed in a few. Location is great and it has its own private entrance from the street which is so convenient. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the host was flexible and accommodating.

We loved this apartment. Ground floor is easy, no lugging suitcases up lots of stairs. Fitted with all the necessities and tastefully decorated. Updated bathrooms with rain shower heads. Easy walk to the famous walking wall and local shops across the street for the basics like bread, milk , coffee and pastries. The luxury of having two full bathrooms was wonderful!! If you have luggage and arrive by train take a taxi to the apartment it’s an easy walk as long as you have no luggage. The people of Lucca are lovely. Easy check in and great communication, totally hassle free.

We'll definitely come back

We stayed in the apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and even though it was only two of us, we liked having the second bathroom. And we especially appreciated the location, it is not in the center of the tourist area, but felt more like a real neighborhood. Piazza San Francesco is right around the corner and has a couple of nice restaurants, bars, and bike rental. And it seemed like there was always something going on there with live music at the restaurants, a band on the piazza, occasional food market, etc. We would definitely come back here again.
