The apartment has an air conditioning, is endowed of Wi-Fi, is fully furnished and equipped ( including towels and bed linen ) and there is a private parking and a private garden.
The apartment is in a villa located in the residential center ''Frutti d'Oro I, in an area that has all the amenities; about to 400 meters are shopping pizzerias, bars, restaurants, kiosk for newspapers, pharmacy...,and connected with bus service to the city of Cagliari, to neighboring towns and beaches. The villa is located to 250 meters from the sea and about to 400 meters from the a long sandy beach which in the bathing season is fully equipped, supervised and equipped with all facilities for swimmers and water sports enthusiasts, where you can rent umbrellas, chairs and use other services of the beach.
The residential center leans out on the sea of Capoterra, in a strategic position between Cagliari and the long beaches of very thin sand of the southern coast of the Sardinia and the Natural Oasis of “Monte Arcosu”. A few miles extend long beaches overlooking the crystal clear sea and beautiful bays collected from wild rocky headlands. A short distance is located the mountain area of “Sulcis” rich in forests, water courses, waterfall, ancient mines,to visit with fascinating itineraries.Golf course “Is Molas” with 27 hole- open all year round

Antonio et Catharina nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse; le logement est conforme à la description et une petite plage se trouve à 50 mètres à pied. passé le 1er aperçu sur la vue de l'usine pétrochimique de Saroch, tout était parfait. commodités à proximité du logement et très accessible de l'aéroport de Cagliari: en transport en commun ou voiture pied à terre sympathique pour explorer clagliari et sa région

gentile proprietario ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio Peccato che l'appartamento sia inserito in un contesto abitativo (frutti d'oro) dove non si offre gran che ai turisti e anche per la spiaggia (discreta)è la stessa cosa poco servita.

Schönes Appartment, mit guter Ausstattung und toller Unterstützung für Touren durch Sardinien (Bücher, Karten etc. werden zur Verfügung gestellt). Der Strand ist quasi vor dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars etc. sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Alles ist perfekt für einen schönen Sardinien-Urlaub. Spezielle Interessen (Geologie, Archäologie) unbedigt den Vermietern mitteilen da sie sehr kompetent helfen können.
