EXTERIOR

This luxury mas in the Alpilles is surrounded by a one-hectare olive grove opening onto the magnificent view offered by this exceptional geographical location.

It consists of:- A pleasant infinity pool (10x4m, depth from 0.40m to 1.80m) with bar cover safety system, in service from April to end of October) fitted with sun loungers and parasols.- A large terrace of approximately 200 m²- A superb pool house with kitchen area (hob, dishware, fridge, oven, barbecue and garden furniture)



INTERIOR

With an area of 220 m², this Provençal farmhouse with a swimming pool in the Alpilles is spread over two levels. It offers you all the Provençal luxury. Each room is very spacious and carefully furnished.



GROUND FLOOR: A kitchen (25 m²) equipped with an American fridge, a 'LACANCHE' kitchen range, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso Krups coffee machine and a toaster. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A living room (50 m²) very warm with its stone walls and traditional ceilings enhanced with a fireplace and a TV with satellite channels. 2 independent toilets.

Three bedrooms:- Bedroom (18 m²) with a double bed 180 with TV- Bedroom (12 m²) with two separate 90 beds- Bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed 160 with TV and an adjoining bathroom (1 sink, shower) A bathroom (7 m²) with 1 sink, 1 bath and 1 shower
