La Ritournelle is a beautiful holidayhouse with a sumptuous and entirely fenced garden. The beach is within walking distance. This holidayhouse has a very pleasant terrace (with a blind) offering a view of the lovely frontgarden . There is a nice private swimming-pool (+/-7x3m - depth 1,60 m) also surrounded with big terrace and a barbecue.



The beach and all kinds of water sports are less than 200 m. This is a charming holiday home with total privacy, extremely quiet location and with an excellent price/quality ratio, taking into account the unique location in the heart of the Côte d'Azur.

Great holiday time !

We were there with 2 families, 4 Adults, 4 Children and it was absolutely wonderful! Pool area was perfekt for the kidz and also for us to chill there. The beach can Easley reached by foot. And on the terrace the dinner can be taken amazing.

Great Location

We spent a great week at this Location. The House is well equipped. Pool and the outside is very nice. There are nice beaches in walking distance. We had our bicycles with us which is really helpful and much more easier to get around.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in Antibes. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und am Abend ein Traum. Das Haus ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet,leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit dem Strom,der Spden haltAllerdings war die Ahentur und der ansässige Hausmeister immer ansprechbar und lösungsorientiert. Antibes,Nizza,Cannes sind sehr gut mit dem Bus und mit dem erreichbar. Fussläufig,5 Minuten,ist ein kleiner Spa,dort hält auch der Bus.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus/ Mobiliar jedoch in atemberaubender Lage!

Wir haben eine Woche unseres Sommerurlaubes in La Ritournelle verbracht. Check-in war theoretisch einfach, eigentlich sollte das Garagentor offen sein und der Schlüssel in einem mit Code versperrten Kasten hinterlegt. Leider war die Tür bei uns verschlossen, so dass wir nach einem kurzen Anruf bei der Agentur über den Zaun geklettert sind um den Schlüssel zu holen. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Zimmer mit Hochbett und ist groß und geräumig. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (an der Couch bröckelt das Kunstleder ab, in der Küche bröckelt das Holz der Schränke ab...) und bedürfte einen Austausch. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub brauch. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Boden befanden sich mehrere Haare der vorherigen Bewohner, das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht richtig sauber, so dass erstmal von uns alles auf Vordermann gebracht wurde. Die Terrasse des Hauses ist sehr schön. Ein Grill ist vorhanden und das absolute Highlight ist der Pool, der sich in einem sehr guten Zustand befindet. Zudem befindet sich draußen eine Dusche, so dass man sich von Strand kommend dort gut abduschen kann ohne den Sand ins Haus zu schleppen. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut top. Fußläufig ca. 200m entfernt befindet sich einer der wenigen Sandstrände am Cap d'Antibes. Hier ist immer viel los, jedoch haben wir auch immer ein kleines Plätzchen gefunden. Die restlichen Strände in der Nähe sind eher felsige Meereszugänge und für Kinder nicht empfehlenswert. Ebenso Fußläufig ist ein kleiner, etwas teurer Supermarkt, in welchem wir immer das Baguette für das Frühstück besorgt haben. Den restlichen Einkauf haben wir mit dem Auto in einem Centre Commercial verrichtet. Nicht weit von dem Haus gelegen ist eine Bushaltestelle. Hier fährt einmal stündlich ein Bus hoch in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof. Ein Busticket kostet 1€ pro Person. Wir haben uns die Altstadt von Antibes angeschaut, den Yachthafen, haben uns ein Boot ausgeliehen und so einen Tag auf hoher See verbracht und sind mit dem Zug einen Tag nach Monaco gefahren. Die Cote d'Azur ist wirklich herrlich und sehr empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat auf Englisch problemlos geklappt.

Beau séjour entre amis

La maison est correcte, les pièces avec les lits doubles sont vraiment petites par contre. L'intérieur de la maison n'est pas génial, le canapé est dans un piteux état... Mais nous avons passé 90% de notre temps dehors au bord de la piscine.
