This property was booked for 4 adults. The property is advertised as a 3 bedroom. It is not, it is a 2 loft with stairs to the loft without railings. Loft was unusable for us and two adults were required to share a room. Host provide 4 towels, no soap, and when contacted stated only 4 towels would be provided. We notified host of mold issues and a non working shower wand which rendered a tub in the upstairs bathroom unusable, which received no response. Limited paper goods, required us to purchase.There was no manual for the equipment, the kitchen faucet dribbled water. When called the host about the washing machine, the host was initially not helpful, then finally we were able to resolve with Facetime call.It is unfortunate as the location and general property are great.

Wonderful villa in a serene, private setting. The location was peaceful yet just a short, scenic walk along the water to the beach.The kitchen was impressively well equipped with quality tools—something I greatly appreciated as an amateur chef. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. I’ll gladly return to this property the next time I’m in Antibes.

Excellent vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Antibes! The home was very well appointed. Even during the heat wave, we were very comfortable in the air conditioning and the pool was just perfect to swim and cool down. The backyard was beautiful and lovely. We could easily walk to the beaches and we enjoyed getting to know the old town as well. We highly recommend this home!

Great villa in the perfect location

4 of us really enjoyed our stay. Laurence was excellent in showing us around and for local advice. Great to be outside the busy town of Antibes and close to some nice swimming spots.

Perfect House on the wonderful Cap d’Antibes

Firstly, thank you to the owners of this wonderful home for being such fabulous hosts during our stay here! They were very responsive and helpful. The house has everything: it has seclusion and yet you can walk (15mins) to everything you would ever need on a holiday. We travelled with our two daughters (12 and 17), they loved the pool, their room (they shared the attic space and found the beds to be extremely comfortable), and they loved the fact we could walk to all of the amenities in Juans Les Pins and getting the Petit train to Antibes. We would love to return, we didn’t want to leave!

Un bel emplacement

La maison est tres agréable et le jardin avec la piscine est magnifique avec une belle végétation. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de la villa au Cap d'Antibes. Nous avons assisté à de magnifiques couchers de soleils sur la Cap en descendant le chemin qui mène à la villa. Nous étions à 10 minutes à pied d'une jolie petite plage où nous sommes allés pratiquement tous les jours avec les enfants. Un beau séjour au calme.

La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique et doté d’une belle piscine. L’emplacement est idéal à une quinzaine de minute du centre (moins de 5mn avec les vélos mis à disposition) Je recommande vivement !

Fantastic stay at a lovely villa

My family and I stayed at Cap-d'Antibes for 6 days. We had such a lovely time relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool and re-charging out batteries! The property was superb, clean and quiet. A nice 15 min walk to shops, cafes and a little further into the beautiful old town. Communication was excellent before arriving. Francis and Laurence we're very helpful with organising a last minute airport transfer late in the evening of our arrival. We couldn't recommend the villa more if you want a quiet, beautifully located break.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Potenzial

sehr schönes Haus. Sehr nette und gute Einführung durch Laurence zur Begrüßung. Schöner Pool. Hatten leider Pech, da im Nachbarhaus oft laute Reparaturarbeiten waren. Schön wäre es, wenn die Betten etwas größer wären (Matratzen sind nur 80 cm breit) und im Erdgeschoss Schlafzimmer war von Anfang an ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch. Trotzdem haben wir das Haus insgesamt sehr geliebt und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Great place!

This house was even better than advertised, very spacious with a beautiful garden and sea view from from the upstairs terrace, and an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 minutes walking from the restaurants and beaches of Juan les Pins. The checkin and checkout processes with Laurence were quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

Great location & garden, but does not fit 8 adults

The villa is in a very good location, 15 minute walk from Juan- les-pins, with all its restaurants, private beaches and shops. 5 min by car to the centre of Antibes: 5 min walk to the pubic beach between Juan les pins and Cap d'Antibes. When meeting Laurence, she was very welcoming and helpful. On arrival, we were gifted olive oil and rose wine. The garden is very beautiful and spacious, everything is for relaxing in the garden, but the chaise longes could be more comfortable. Some disadvantages: very small shower rooms, combined with toilets. Only the one master bedroom has a normal bathroom. The photos on the website are misleading as they depict the same bedroom twice - making it seem like there are two similar bedrooms when it is just one. The third bedroom not properly depicted on the website is not suitable for a couple, but more like a small room with 2 beds that is a study-room without a door (maybe children can sleep there as the beds are not very comfortable for adults and there is little storage), the chalet should not be considered a sleeping space at all, but is more a working shed turned bedroom where it is impossible to sleep in the summer, as it is incredibly stuffy (like a sauna) and opening the windows during hot weather is not enough. The kitchen is quite comfortable with a good stove. The barbecue outside is too small for 8 people and is a simple coal barbecue, not a proper grill, however, there is a nice plancha to fry meat or fish outside. Very interesting decor in the house, many collectable items, the house has a pleasant atmosphere, a good living room. There are many small art objects and glass objects, If you have little children, they can damage something accidentally. Really, this villa is for two couples plus, maybe 2 children that can sleep in the smaller room above the 2nd bedroom. There is also little storage place in the bedrooms, especially if you're staying for a few weeks or more. We were 7 adults so this villa was too small for us and not too comfortable, but we did enjoy the location and the outside eating area very much.

A fabulous week in Cap d'Antibes

Laurence, the manager of the property, was very friendly and communication regarding the hand-over of the keys was good. The villa was very nice, clean and had a general feel of a home and not just a rental - there were many of the owners belongings around. The TV's were modern, and the wifi worked very well. The outside space was very nice, with the pool clean and inviting. Ideally the pool furniture could have been improved, with no sun umbrellas or tables to place drinks on by the pool. The sunbeds also needed some attention as the reclining mechanisms were broken, but we were able to fix these ourselves. We ate outside all week, and the charcoal bbq worked well, with a large dining table to eat at, and plenty of chairs, and a great sun umbrella to provide shade. There was also a casual table with additional umbrella shade for pre drinks. The kitchen had a large cooker and fridge freezer, including ice maker, and there was a useful utility room as well. The island surface was made of a delicate stone material vulnerable to marks from oils and acids (like cutting limes), which was not ideal, but we avoided issues by wiping up quickly after each use. The master bedroom was lovely, though storage space for clothes was limited, with no wardrobe and just a small hanging rail. The draws were quite dusty inside so we didn't use them. The aircon was fantastic, and the views from the terrace accessed from the bedroom were amazing. The other twin bedrooms were ok, but smaller, with just one having a portable aircon unit. The double room shown in the pictures, with a net over it, is actually a garden room with no aircon and was completely unusable during our stay due to the heat. The location of the villa was good, with easy access to Juan les Pain and Antibes and to the nearby supermarket, boulangerie, and public beach. The parking and secure gate access at the front of the villa were also very good. We tended to use the car, but walking was possible. Overall a very nice property, but with a few tweaks it could be excellent.
