The rural house Abuelo Adón is a rustic house built in stone and wood in the traditional style, located in the quiet town of Baterna, of about 200 inhabitants and located in the heart of the Amblés Valley, surrounded by mountains. With magnificent castles nearby, it is located a quarter of an hour from the beautiful city of Avila, a World Heritage city, with its declared Holy Week of international tourist interest and half an hour from the Central Circus of Gredos. It is an area where you can taste the typical Avila steak, either in nearby restaurants or buying it in good meat shops.

The Abuelo Adón house has an area of ​​149 m2 distributed over two floors:

- the ground floor has a living room with a beautiful wood fireplace built with local stone, TV, DVD, wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware and dishes, glasses and cutlery service for 10 people) On this ground floor, there is also 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom; both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer and magnifying mirrors etc, also has an interior patio with plants.
- on the upper floor it has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with towels and bedding, and a hall with great views of the Sierra and Pico Zapatero.
