has spectacular views over the Mediterranean and its imposing coastline. It was completed in 2015 and has been built to high standards in a contemporary style. Comprising two floors, ground and first, it contains five bedrooms, all with balcony or terrace overlooking the sea, and five bath or shower rooms, three en suite and one designed for disabled use.
At the front of the villa is a gated, enclosed parking area.
Walking in through the front door you will come to the spacious, bright and open living room, with large, sliding windows that give access to the swimming pool and provide a panorama of the sea and the cliffs around the beach and bay of Cala Galdana.
In this room there is a dining table with seating for ten, comfortable, modern sofas and a 55-inch, LED, UHD TV. Through a large opening behind the dining table you will see the clean lines of the fully-equipped kitchen, from where you have access to the laundry/utility room and outside area where the built-in barbecue is situated.
Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, one with large double bed (180x200) and wall-mounted 32” TV, and one with twin beds adjoined to form a large double bed (180x190), one bathroom, and the shower room that is also suitable for disabled use. Stepping from the living room onto the terrace you come to the heated, salt water pool that overlooks the sea. Measuring 7.6 by 4.2 meters, the saline chlorination system in use here should not cause irritation to your eyes or make your skin feel dry. You will float more easily and should emerge refreshed and revitalized. Three large, gentle steps take you in and out of the pool.
Walking up the white marble staircase to the first floor you will find three more bedrooms. From the room with king-size bed you can look out on the sea, through the glass, sliding doors, without even getting up. It has its own balcony, and through a connecting door you will find a shower room with a Jacuzzi for two.
The other two bedrooms each contain two twin beds adjoined to form large double beds measuring 180x190. One has an en suite shower room, the other its own adjoining shower room, and both open onto a terrace overlooking the sea.
