Recently modernised villa with pool and great access to a quiet beach. This villa is one of eight unique villas that are situated on the beach front. It has plenty of sun loungers on the terraces, a new swimming pool with optional safety barriers and outside wicker seating/BBQ area. The facilities include a fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen and air-conditioned bedrooms. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a well equipped lounge with entertainment area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return all aircon to bedroom side tables, and TV controls to lounge
Ensure key box's have emergency keys in.
Do not take luggage storage keys, leave in door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
On departure, please leave the key in the key box in the front courtyard. Charge of £50 if taken will be applied to deposit if not returned.
Please bring in all seating and lounger cushions on an evening to prevent mildew and damp for future guests. Use your allocated beach towels outside.
Please ensure you are dry before sitting on the sofa to avoid water damage to the fabric. Please ensure controllers are returned to assigned rooms.

This family owned holiday home over the last year has been expanded to include a fourth bedroom and a private swimming pool. Also the villa has been modernised throughout and 2013 is the launch year of the property to the rental market. The project has been managed by family members, Alistair and Nikie, and they manage the rental side of the property.

Nicki is a designer and therefore has had the major influence on the recent modernisation, where Alistair is an accountant so gets the less fun financial aspects.

The property has been in the family since 1977 as a holiday home. During this time the family has made many local friends.

Why they chose this property

A modern design for the 1970's undertaken by a US designer to provide shape and light into the property with unblocked views of the sea.

Lovely clean seas with a little offshore island for snorkelling and adventuring.
