Perfect experience!

Stayed with 3 friends and parents and had a wonderful stay. The upstairs apartment was gorgeous and the entire property was very spacious. The views were unmatched. So glad we got to stay and explore in lezzeno vs the other busier towns. Although there was no air conditioning, I never felt warm with the breeze from the lake even though the outside temperature was in the 90s. Mattia and his mother were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lake Como dream

Mattia met us and was so friendly and we were enchanted to know this was her childhood home. So thorough by explaining everything. Had a great little book about the area and all the wonderful options to fully enjoy our stay. Loved the location and her home! The lake and the beautiful views were awesome-even swans, ducks visited! Lezzeno is the perfect location-access to ferries, restaurants, local markets and all the local amenities! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying all the fun activities on the lake. We would love to come back!

That View!!

Awesome location - right on the lake with amazing views. The house was well stocked, bathrooms are large and the showers were great (not always the case). The town has lots of restaurants. Easy access to the ferry and other towns if you have a car. Highly recommend!

Lezzeno

We spent eight days at this villa. The view from the terrace is spectacular. There are two good restaurants within walking distance. The Aurora Hotel next door was good and has a gorgeous view, but we thought the Stone House down the road towards Bellagio had exceptional food. There is a scenic pathway along the water to get there. The villa accomodated our family of three generations--two seniors, two adults & a teenager fine. It was not luxurious by any means & could use a few upgrades in terms of living room furniture and bedding. We rented a boat for an afternoon on the lake next door at the Aurora marina and our grandson took wake boarding lessons. The property manager, Christine, was very friendly and helpful All in all, it was a great visit.

Great stay for a relaxing vacation

we were in town for a family wedding and it was perfect. Lezzano is a very small town and the pace is perfect to just relax. Several restaurants and markets are within walking distance. This was the perfect stay for our trip. The host is very responsive and kind.

Perfect Stay on Lake Como

Four of us enjoyed this beautiful property. The town of Lezzeno is not too crowded and we had fun walking around. The proximity to the ferries , Bellagio and beyond is wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable Lake Como vacation.

Gorgeous views

The property is located right on the shore. The wonderful Restaurant Aurora is right next door and has amazing food. The unit is spacious but could use updating. The sofa downstairs is worn out as well as the one stuffed chair. The bedding was fresh but the pillows were less than comfortable they had seen better days along with the blankets. The patio is lovely but the ad failed to mention it is shared with the renters of the other half of the house. One renter shared his very pungent cigar and pot smoke with us. The upstairs is not accessed in the rental but requires a climb up the outside steps. Those drawbacks said, you cannot beat the view and access to the lake. It is a short drive to Bellagio. The restaurants in Lezzeno were outstanding too.

Lovely Lezzeno

From the time we met with Eva we knew we were in good hands. She was so welcoming and very attentive. She took care of any glitches that occured right away. Her Apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. We all had our own bathroom and space. The location is perfect for the ferry. A 5 minute walk to the ferry was awesome. We enjoyed many different towns by the ferry. We also drove to Bellagio and took a ferry to Varenna and Managgio. It was perfect. Thank you Eva.

Haus direkt am See mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Mobiliar etwas veraltet aber soweit in Ordnung. Tolle und unkomplizierte Einweisung vor Ort und immer sofort zu Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely Bellagio

Great location for exploring the middle section of lake como. easy fast ferry access to Bellagio, Lenno and other villages by 5 mins walk away. lovely restaurants close by. Great patio to sit on the lawn and look at the lake but in late summer the sun never really bathes the lawn for any time. due to shadows from the property. But still lovely to look out and enjoy the view. Good swimming from the lake edge, but ideally need some foot protection as very rocky shoreline along the edge. But safe to swim.
