It was a beautiful stay. It was a little out of the way. We were very close to ferries. So make sure you know what and where you want to go to get most out of day.

The apartment was fantastic! We stayed for our honeymoon and it's just like the pictures. Great views day and night and I CAN NOT say enough about how great Lino, the host, is. Would recommend to all and will stay again.

Perfect way to experience Lake Como

The view of the lake and mountains is wonderful, and the town is quiet while still having multiple restaurants within walking distance. You can access other towns around the lake via water ferry or the bus system. Terrific host. Would stay here again.

A hidden gem!

Our stay was perfect and Lino the host went above and beyond! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The views were amazing and it's centrally located to Bellagio and the other regions. This was the best place we stayed while touring through Italy. I highly recommend!!!

Amazing stay with spectacular views of Lake Como

Such a beautiful location, not too far from Bellagio (can get a bus or take car, with parking included). Local facilities include a mini market, bar and couple of restaurants which were all very very good! The host Lino was welcoming, very helpful and so accommodating. We had a great stay in the apartment that had all the facilities that you need plus more! Lino was helpful on local recommendations and even made us dinner reservations at a local restaurant! Fabulous host, we will be back I am sure and will recommend to all friends and family

Excellent stay with warm and welcoming hosts. Everything was great. Restaurant downstairs was loud at night but not the hosts fault, all was great.

Wonderful space with an amazing view

This was an amazing host. When we arrived in Lezzeno it was raining and our host picked us up! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Would stay again.

Great place

Overall, great location and the amount of space you get is great. Those who are not used to stairs there are narrow stairs you will need to climb up and down. There is a parking spot available to park and there is a restaurant right below to enjoy a meal.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family of 3 spent 2 nights in this lovely apartment. Lino was very helpful throughout our stay, and the apartment was just wonderful. The view of the lake cannot be beat!! Location worked great for us; close enough to ferry dock to get to other Lake Como towns, but without the busy crowds. We had breakfast in the cafe downstairs each morning, and even had a dinner in the restaurant - excellent! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the Bellagio area.

Wonderful stay with amazing view

We absolutely adored this accommodation. Two bedrooms, three beds, all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed making espresso in the Moka, and they even had an American coffeemaker as well. The view from the balcony over Lake Como is absolutely incredible, and even though it was chilly in mid April, we enjoyed spending time out there during the day, and at night. Great host who was communicative, and lovely location to explore all the towns on this side of the lake.

Beautiful Apartment with Beautiful Views

The host was very accommodating and responsive, with good tips and recommendations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very nice. Beautiful porch and views. Came with a parking spot. Nice location in a quiet village but still close bus or taxi ride to Bellagio. Would stay again when in Lake Como.

Beautiful Views!

Lino and his wife were gracious hosts. The property has amazing views and everything we needed. Very clean too. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy. We appreciated that they had bus tickets available to purchase and all they great advice on getting around the lake. The parking onsite was big enough for the van we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful property when staying on lake Come.

Loved this property! 🇮🇹🌅

This was a rental that actually was exactly as described and photographed. The size was perfect for four adults with the patio it never felt crowded. The loft/attic feel was cozy and beautiful the only downside at all was head hits so becoming aware of sloped ceiling early in your stay is important. The kitchen was fully stocked with seasoning and instant coffee available which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this property!
