Cas'amuri est une maison indépendante au cœur d'Ortigia. Lieu touristique

Cet appartement avec "bail touristique" est situé à quelques pas de la Piazza Archimede et de la Piazza Duomo, le cœur battant de la vieille ville. Cas'amuri est sur deux niveaux: par un escalier d'entrée, vous entrez au premier étage où se trouvent deux grandes chambres confortables et une salle de bains. Un deuxième escalier mène au deuxième étage où se trouve une cuisine et une grande terrasse donnant sur les toits d'Ortigia. C'est donc un lieu touristique.
La maison est équipée de tout le confort: chaque chambre est équipée de la climatisation, de la télévision par satellite, avec une attention particulière à certains accessoires d'ameublement strictement faits à la main.
Cas'amuri est à l'abri des bruits de la vie nocturne, se retrouvant dans un ronco caractéristique. Le quartier est très bien desservi: à quelques mètres il y a un supermarché, des magasins, des bars, un salon de coiffure, des restaurants et un solarium où vous pourrez profiter du soleil et de la mer de la belle Syracuse.
J'offre à mes hôtes la possibilité de choisir entre le self-service ou l'enregistrement traditionnel, en me rencontrant sur place.

Quiet lovely apartment, perfect.

Didn’t stay long enough to take full advantage of Stefania’s amazing apartment. Excellent location and super secret so quiet and relaxing. Great thoughtful amenities, she goes out of her way to make the place and your visit special. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment in Siracusa

This apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet street in Siracusa, a short walk from restaurants, coffee, sites, and groceries. We really enjoyed staying here, even if a little chilly (there is a heater so not too bad). Would definitely stay here again, but next time in warmer weather!

Such a beautiful well-located place in Ortigia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This place is located in a quiet alley in the centre of Ortigia in Siracusa, and is close to everything. We found it perfect for our needs (great bedroom and kitchen and an awesome rooftop patio and upstairs living room). The owner Stefania was really friendly and was extremely helpful. Overall this is one of our all-time favourites.

More than hoped for!

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and the best of Ortigia. The air-conditioning works perfectly! The outdoor sitting areas and kitchen made this house a great addition to my stay in Ortigia. I hope to be back to Ortigia and I hope this house will welcome me back! In nearly 20 years as a VRBO customer, this is my most exuberant review!

A gem in Ortigia

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, clean and stylishly decorated apartment with fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra amenities. The 2nd floor living room features two single futons that can double as single beds if you need a second bedroom. The main floor large bedroom has a comfortable bed and quality linens. A fabulous large second floor terrace makes this a perfect choice in warm weather. A few minutes walk to the fresh market and lots of bar, restaurant and shopping options. A great location in Ortigia.

Best choice in Ortigia

This is one of the best choices we made during our vacation. It is ideally located right in the middle of Ortigia but super quiet. It felt like an oasis. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony was just perfect for evening dinners and drinks, The host was lovely and met us and welcomed us so warmly. She kept in touch to ask if we needed anything. There is an excellent book of recommendations as well. There is nothing we would change about this place. You can tell the host takes pride and care in providing the best accommodation. Thank you

Stay in the heart of Ortigia

What a lovely apartment! Stefania and her husband were excellent hosts. We had a few minor issues and they dealt with them right away. The apartment is located right in the middle of the island in a quiet cul-de-sac. Nothing is more than a 6 or 7 minute walk. The bed is super comfy. The upstairs terrace is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Stefania had a great list of recommendations for restaurants, wine bars, gelato, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

One of our best holidays

Everything was prefect. Stefania is a wonderful host. She is always available and helps you. The apartment is absolutely perfect: after a few days you feel like an inhabitant of Ortigia! All is nearby, even the sea! Ortigia itself is the best place we have ever visited. We loved the nights at the cathedrale with all the people enjoying themselves. We will certainly come back! Really amazing apartment

The communication with Stefania beforehand was fantastic. If you are travelling from the airport to Siracusa with the Interbus, take a taxi or bus 106 from there. It leaves from nearby. With luggage, the journey can be really tiring. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. A small supermarket (coop) is around the corner, the walk to the fish market is short. What an amazing place, and Stefania was a super friendly, helpful host! We spent 2 weeks in early October with both of us working remotely, and this spacious, extremely well thought-out apartment with a beautiful terrace was perfect. Wifi was fast and reliable, kitchen (including a rooftop kitchen!) was very well-appointed, with an oven that we used several times. Location couldn't be better, in a quiet, friendly little neighborhood just a 100m walk from Piazza Archimedes and no more than 10 mins from almost anything in Ortigia. Stefania's dining and shopping recommendations were spot-on and we esp liked Cappuccio for fresh, inexpensive seafood. I snorkeled every day the weather allowed and would also recommend a visit to Plemmirio for the nature reserve (we e-biked, but she can help you arrange a taxi). One day we hired a guide, Roberta Coniglio who our relatives had used to see the ruins in town, and really recommend that to understand the history. We also had a dinner and drinks in Siracusa itself, easy walk, which was very nice for a local experience. The turntable and vinyl collection was a lovely touch. A bargain, and enthusiastically recommended!

Perfecto!

Arriving in Siracusa and getting to the home was as easy as it could be. A couple of calls and we were met as promised and welcomed with two very helpful and delightful people. The place is right in the centre of Ortigia, situated on two floors. Everything has been carefully designed in a comfortable modern style. Perfectly clean. Everything works and the large bed is very comfortable. The upper sitting room has a floor to ceiling sliding door that leads to the outdoor terrace. We often sat out there and relaxed on the chairs under the awning and sometimes just looking at the night sky. The bathroom is modern, completely updated, as is the fully equipped kitchen. Would I go back? Absolutely, yes!

Genial gelegene kleine Wohnung mitten in Ortigia, ideal um den Stadtteil zu erkunden. Stefania war sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit vielen Tips, sie hat uns erwartet und den Weg zur Wohnung geführt, denn sie ist schwierig zu finden. Die Dachterasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Perfect!

This was the perfect property for what I was looking for. I stayed for a week with my adult son joining me for a few days. The location is excellent - surprisingly peaceful as it is very central to the wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the platform on the sea where we spent many an hour sunbathing and swimming. Stefanie is the most perfect host - her communication excellent as indeed is the preparation and cleanliness of the apartment. I hope to be able to rent it again and next time take my wife for a romantic week! Thank you!

A place of tranquility set in the heart of ancient times

Stefania ´s modern well appointed apartment in the heart of Ortigia combines peace and rest with easy access to stroll around and explore ancient streets, traditional trattorias, hip cocktail bars, everything in walking distance which is a must when you are in Siracusa. She and her husband were perfect hosts. We loved the spacious roof terrace, particularly at the end of the day , relaxing there with a glass of wine. Tante grazie, har det bra and auf Wiedersehen! E' stato un vero piacere ed un onore ospitare Hannelore e Trygve. Ospiti super simpatici, amanti di Siracusa e soprattutto di Ortigia. Hanno avuta una cura speciale della casa che hanno lasciato pulita ed in ordine. La comunicazione è stata ottima sia prima che durante il loro soggiorno. Spero di poterli ospitare di nuovo se vorranno tornare in futuro. Ospiti che consiglio.

Warm loving couple ! FANTASTIC PLACE

I don’t have enough words to express how thankful I’m with Stephania and her husband Salvo, they were so attentive and paid close attention to my messages, this meant a lot to us because the day we arrived to Ortigia the temperature was 47C ( boiling HOT) and Salvo waited for us in the heat, Stephania allowed us kindly to drop off our luggage inside the house before check in time ( gravely appreciated since the day was TOO hot to carry luggage ) The town is simply beautiful, everything was walking distance , very nice restaurants and shops and delicious fresh sea food everywhere. This location is prefect very quiet amd in the middle of the old isola. The apartment is fresh inside and the terrazo is GREAT Thank you So so much we loved your help with the reservations. Brilliant

What a great find. Right in middle of the island. Two minutes walk to the sea. Stefania you have done a lovely job renovating your house. The balcony is great to just sit and read a book with a glass of wine. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Don't need a car as good bus and train services.
