The Los Pérez Andalusian farmhouse is situated in the municipality of Carataunas, in an area known as "El Padre Eterno", one kilometre from the road that runs from Carataunas to Pampaneira, (in the heart of La Alpujarra), with beautiful views of the ravines, mountain ranges and valleys.

The farmhouse has been recently renovated and, apart from the house, has approximately one hectare of land between the garden, swimming pool, reading area and the rest is made up of olive groves, almonds and orange trees; where guests can also pick tomatoes and other vegetables from our own vegetable garden. The whole perimeter of land is fenced off, and there is an irrigation canal along its southern part which waters the Vale of Órgiva, giving the land a certain freshness. A magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature .

This is a farmhouse with a lot of history and family tradition, which has been passed down from generation to generation. The house offers all the charm of days gone by with the comfort of modern times. The restoration work was carried out using stone and wood, and we have aimed to preserve the style of the past with traditional farming tools , oil lamp lighting and age-old switches.

From the house, during the mating season and at certain times of the day, you can usually listen to the singing of the partridge or the yelping of the fox. The current owner of the land was born and brought up in the country. This person is an expert in crops and the traditional customs of La Alpujarra.
