Converted flat in Georgian building Central Exeter Quiet location 15 mins walk to town. One double bedroom and small double sofa bed in lounge (on request) Please note the bathroom is off the lounge so if 4 people using the flat you have to walk through the lounge to get to the bathroom.
Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Free Parking space. NOTE: Several steep steps down to the entrance
