The property provides an en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed and access to the balcony, plus a twin bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and hand basin. The bright and comfortable lounge has relaxing seating for four guests and a flat screen Smart TV with international channels including Sky plus a high speed fiber optic internet connection. A sofa-bed is available for a fifth guest, ideally for a child. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area with table and seating for six. From the lounge, you have access to the large and sunny south facing balcony with its partial sea views towards Estepona harbour along with a comfortable dining area for four. The kitchen has all mod cons including washing machine, fridge, oven, freezer and dishwasher. The community provides two swimming pools and it only offers street parking around the urbanisation.
