Ático de 2 dormitorios con orientación sur en un entorno tranquilo con espectaculares vistas panorámicas de la playa, la ciudad, el puerto y el Mediterráneo con Gibraltar y África en el horizonte. Para 2 o 3 personas. Terraza soleada en forma de L. Gran piscina de agua salada ubicada en jardines comunitarios bien cuidados, piscina de niños. Las piscinas abren desde Semana Santa hasta Octubre/Noviembre (dependiendo del tiempo). Parking subterráneo privado seguro con acceso directo al apartamento en ascensor. Complejo cerrado con dos entradas peatonales y una entrada al garaje. La puerta trasera del complejo da a una pasarela peatonal con un hermoso parque y una fuente en cascada.
Restaurantes, bares y tiendas están a la vuelta de la esquina.
Las características principales del apartamento incluyen camas y muebles cómodos de alta calidad, aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor), doble acristalamiento en todas las ventanas, TV LED de alta definición de 43 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD, WIFI gratuito y estacionamiento subterráneo.

Great stay, a lovely apartment, well kitted out, really good balcony with sea views. The location was great for us, just a 15-20 min stroll to the centre of the old town and about 10 minutes stroll to the marina. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at this lovely apartment. Very well equipped, comfortable and with the most amazing views. Perfectly located to walk around beautiful Estepona. Exactly as advertised, highly recommended.

A great stay

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The view and the terrace are amazing. Having private parking and a pool was also convenient.

Great location

Lovely small appartment in a great location, right opposite the sea, so views from the seventh floor were amazing. The place was very clean and has everything you need if you want to cater for yourselves. Really good location for either the beautifull port or the magical old town.

Location ideal

Apartment was as advertised. Location was good,we were staying as is close to Solheim cup location. But ideal for walking to numerous bars and restaurants on Marina.Beach and sea views from apt.Well equipped apt.Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Diana and Adolfo’s condo at Balcones del Mar. Conveniently located with quick access to downtown, the beaches and the port. We have stayed in another property of theirs a couple of times and so it was no surprise that they thought of everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is superb and clean with all day sun. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our two weeks in Estepona and will be back!

Excellent Penthouse Apartment

Everything about this apartment is fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location in great as it is just a short wal to the Marina and to the old town in the opposite direction.It has fantastic views, is impeccably maintained and Diana goes the extra mile in terms of providing everything needed for a comfortable stay e.g. a supply of washing powder and dishwasher tablets. Estepona itself is absolutely heavenly !

Nice welcome including some food essentials thrown in, Great views from the balcony. About a 7 minute walk to the marina and a 15 minute one to downtown. Unfortunately the pool area was closed due to regional water restrictions. Overall a nice place to stay

Magnifique view

The apartment is like the pictures. The view of Gibraltar is magnifique. Can’t find a place to get a better view. Estepona is a perfect location to travel around Costa del Sol. Many good restaurants around or in old Estepona.

Wonderful stay

Exceptionally clean and well equipped apartment with a breath taking view. The position was ideal - near the harbour and walking distance to the wonderful old town. On arrival we were met by Silvia who was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. She gave us a tour of the gardens and apartment. We had a fantastic week and felt sad to leave. Great Stay

We have just returned home from a lovely 4 weeks at this apartment. It's exactly as seen on the booking site. Loved the location, so easy to walk around Estepona. Fabulous views and comfortable furnishings. With a special mention for Silvia who rescued us when I locked my handbag in the apartment. Thankyou. We would happily return.

November break

Lovely apartment with views out to see. Flat was very clean, light, airy and comfortable although in places the communal areas would benefit from a re-fresh. Temperature was in the low 20's, so really nice for a few days away. There is construction work on the front (Nov 2022 and while not intrusive it does mean you cannot get down to the beach or to walk along the front without walking either to the port or into town.

Lovely

This is a lovely place to stay. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance including the beachfront. The view from the balcony is perfect. Any place where you can step outside and see the Rock of Gibraltar in the distance is great. (Do yourself a favour and visit Gibraltar. Fantastic day trip.) The flat is on the 7th floor, no one above, which is nice. It's clean and well-appointed, good heating system should you be traveling during the colder months as we were. That being said, the sun beams into the living room, wonderfully warm and inviting. Great place.

Simply Superb

From the moment of check in with Silvia who explained every detail we needed, to checkout after one week, we cannot recommend highly enough Balcones del Mar. Your every need is catered for. Appliances all in excellent order. The property was immaculate, the aircon VERY welcome. Then there's the location. Perfectly situated between the Marina and the Old Town. Not forgetting the amazing views from the balcony where you can see the Rock of Gibraltar, and even Africa on a clear day. I wouldn't think twice about coming back to the wonderful Estepona.

Beautiful apartment and pool.

We sold our apartment in Estepona in December after 16 years, and were a little apprehensive booking to come back as holidaymakers. We needn't have worried, Sylvia emailed her contact details before we arrived and met us at the entrance, showing us around the urbanisation and apartment, which was a really nice touch. The apartment is well maintained and the owner has thought of everything. It was clean, comfortable, and the views just amazing as you see from the photos. We were very impressed with the pool which is set in beautifully maintained gardens, this has to be one of the largest pools near the marina and has the added bonus of sunbeds too.

Penthouse Apartment, Estepona

We have just had a very enjoyable stay in this 2 bed penthouse apartment. The owner, Diana and the property agent, Silvia were both very helpfully and knowledgeable of the apartment and area. The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern and the view of the coast, old town and the marina was wonderful. The pool was a good size, clean and inviting. An ideal location for both the marina, a ten minute walk and the old town, a 12 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and Tapas bars nearby with plenty more in the marina and old town. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Many thanks to both Diana and Silvia. Geoff & Chris

The television was old and had no HDMI, we were not able to use our Apple tv. We were supplied with 1 change of bedclothes, for 3 weeks in the heat, there should have been at least 2 extra changes.

Great place

The apartment was great — and the best part is the spectacular 180 degree view from the terrace, and seeing the water from the living room. Sunrise was beautiful. There was excellent communication with the owner (Diana), especially when she had to warn us, as we were on our way there by bus, that the elevator had broken down. Since we couldn’t possibly lug our heavy suitcases up seven flights (we were in Europe for over two months, so not just little carry-ons!) she and Esme, who met us at the apartment, quickly found two young guys they knew to carry them up for us. Even though the elevator was out for a few days, longer than expected, Diana and Esme were so apologetic — but heavens, it wasn’t their fault! It's how they dealt with it so well that’s important. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, and they even started us off very conveniently with some basic staples in the fridge. We didn’t have a car, but everything is so walkable, which is the fun part of being there. We liked the location being close enough for an easy walk to the port and all its restaurants, as well as the beautiful walk the other way along the boardwalk to beachside cafés and the charming historic downtown. We loved Estepona and the apartment suited our needs very well!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Estepona is a fishing village that has grown into one of the most popular and eco friendly resorts on the Costa del Sol, yet still manages to retain its authentic Spanish character.
Located at the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, it has an iconic old town adorned with hundreds of colourful flowerpots, pedestrianised streets and boulevards, a fishing port, marina, and miles of glorious sandy beaches and boardwalks. Local amenities include museums, shops, orchidarium, street markets, supermarkets, a wide selection of tapas bars and restaurants, beach bars, plus many seasonal events, concerts and festivals.
Málaga & Gibraltar airports are under an hour's drive away. Sotogrande and Marbella are less than half an hour by car. There are many wonderful places to visit for the day including Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda or the nearby Andalusian "White Villages". You can even take a day trip to Morocco.

The apartment occupies a privileged position on the top floor of a gated complex in a quiet, secure area overlooking Estepona town, beach and port, with all amenities close at hand. The views from the terrace are amazing! The nearest beach is a couple of minutes walk away and the fishing port and marina only 10 minutes on foot. The historic town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beautiful new beach boulevard. You'll find a great selection of bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets right on your doorstep. The apartment has lift access, free fibre optic Internet/wifi & underground parking. All bed linen and towels are provided.
