Welcome to Casas Vista - Two modernly furnished penthouses on the top floor, with a large private terraces located in a peaceful urbanization in Lomas de Campoamor.

Free parking with two designated parking spaces just outside the street. Nicely located just 800m to the La Fuente plaza with over 20 restaurants to choose from plus the supermarkets Mercadona and Aldi.

Neighbor with the Real Club Campoamor golf course and with Las Ramblas, Las Colinas and Villamartin golf courses within 1-4 kilometers.

The community has two pools (of which at least one is open, see map). The community also has 24h security with patrolling security guard.

With this rental you can find the top floor apartments in this staircase.

The rental price includes everything (fiber-wifi, electricity, water, towels and bed linen, etc.) except for the final cleaning and laundry fee of € 160. This property is paid to our property manager at arrival.

Family holiday

My dad was turning 60 and they were already staying in the area and me and my sister needed somewhere to stay there was 9 of us all together. The apartments were better than we expected I could of lived there full time me my husband and 2 kids. Spacious and had everything and more 😊

Fantastic view over the sea

Lovely apartments with every Think you need on a vaccation. The owner and the managers were very helpfull and serviceminded. The elevator was Old and a bit scary when it closed the doors before you were inside or outside. Good location, close to restaurants, supermarkets etc.

I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. Both apartments are excellent and are some of the best we have stayed in. They were spotlessly clean on arrival and are really well equipped, the standard of furniture, linen, towels etc is fantastic. The kitchens are brilliant with everything we needed. We rented both apartments and it great having the top floor to ourselves, Jesper is a really great host. He kept in contact throughout our stay and provided excellent feedback following our departure. The security deposit was refunded the day after we returned.

Golf Break

The property was ideally located for our golf trip, the apartment was clean and tidy with good amenities. We did encounter one problem that was out of the property owners control, which we did report to the property manager but unfortunately we did not hear back from for a few days. They did however get a tradesman in to try and rectify the issue, but this did not resolve the problem. Again I cannot really apportion any fault with the owner, with whom I have communicated our problems and it seems we may have reached an outcome suitable to all parties. In summary would I stay here again, most definitely. Had we not had our issue it would have been 5 stars all the way

Magnifiques appartements au sud de l’Espagne!

Appartements spacieux au dernier étage (avec ascenseur). Les appartements sont particulièrement bien équipés et décorés avec goût. Ils disposent de grandes terrasses. Du matériel de plage et même de golf sont à disposition. Jesper, le propriétaire, est très sympathique, disponible, attentif et à l’écoute. La piscine de la résidence est vaste et bien équipée (transats et parasols).

Alles war vor Ort.

Die beiden Wohnungen waren sehr sauber. Alles war vorhanden, sogar Gewürze, Geschirrspülmittel, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Bürsten. Die Markisen waren elektrisch. Das Finden war nur etwas schwierig, weil das Navi lotste einen zur Vordertür. Aber an der Rückseite waren die überdachten Hausparkplätze. Der "Moi" fand uns nicht. Die Anna spricht nur spanisch. Alles funktionierte in dem Haus. Der zweifache Wohnungsbesitzer ist wohl aus Schweden (Vermutung). Er erkundigte sich mehr mehrfach ob alles ok sei. Bezüglich Navi ist immer das gleiche Problem: Eine Navi-fähige Adresse + Update des navi. Aber: Alle Männer waren hoch zufrieden. Top. Weiterempfehlung.

Appartements Top!

Nous avons loué les 2 appartements au même étages. Nous étions un groupe de 9 amis pour jouer au golf. En premier lieu vous êtes prêt de nombreux golfs de grandes qualités. Les 2 penthouses ont de très belles terrasses, l’équipement et la propreté sont appréciables ainsi que la luminosité. Jesper est très réactif et à l’écoute. Vraiment un bien à conseiller.

Great family holiday, son's wedding service on the balcony mid week, great backdrop for the event. Jesper let us hold this event with celebrant present. The whole week was fantastic, nothing was a problem, very accommodating & helpful. Would go back.

Brilliant!

We hired both rooftop apartments which was perfect for 2 families! Everything we could ever need was in the apartments and more including chairs and parasols for day trips to the beach! The communal pool was just down some steps and was rarely busy so always sunbeds at any time! Washing machine was brilliant and the much needed air conditioning was perfect but please note only in main bedroom and lounge but there are freestanding and ceiling fans available. The centre with many bars and restaurants all reasonably priced was a 10 minute walk and La Zenia was a 10 minute drive. Communication with the owner and local manager could not be faulted.

Dans l ensemble appartement est très sympa conforme au descriptif Communication facile et rapide avec le propriétaire Petit bémol concernant le ménage... propre en surface mais très léger dans le détail (vitres propres mais poussières non effectuées, cuisine nettoyée mais plan de travail poussiéreux et collant ....) peut être revoir le contrat ménage car nous laissons quand même 80 euros pour un ménage très léger... Malgré ce point qui va être étudier par le propriétaire a l écoute j en suis sur, l ensemble est très agréable , je recommande

Great property.

Booking process was very good and we had really good contact with the owner who was always extremely helpful. The apartments were spotless and had everything you could need. Our only negative was the restaurants within the centre you could walk to weren’t particularly great, apart from that a very enjoyable holiday.

Stunning view!

We stayed here in november and really loved it, this place had everything we needed for our stay. The restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-10 minutes stroll through a calm and nice neighbourhood. Jesper and Maria were very kind and helpful with everything and gave us some good tips since we also are looking to buy our own holiday home in this area. Would highly recommend and love to come back even though i hope we will have bought our own apartment next time.

Modern and fresh

Rented these modern and nicely furnished apartments on the top floor with elevator going all the way up. They were the only two apartments located on top so we got the whole floor for ourselves. Felt very spacious even for us beeing 10 persons staying here. The kitchens were nicely equipped for our needs. The area is calm and secure but within a short walk we could get both groceries and a pint at ”La Fuente”. My cousin loves golf and were very happy with three fantastic courses within the area. The views from the terrace are great and it was har for my wife and her sister to not sit down and enjoy a cold glass of cava here. All in all a nice vacation for us. Jesper was very quick to reply whenever we had something on our minds. Would definately recommend this.
