Perfect location ! Hostess were excellent. Very good communication with them. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly but they solve it very quickly. This is our second time staying at this apartment because we love the area Although I could say that the cleaning could have been better.

Clean and cozy little apartment

The location is excellent. The owner was very attentive and answered needs very quickly. Just a couple of glitches. Kitchen fan did not work, and in such a small place it necessay to cook. Unfortunately there was construction next door. (There seems to be all over Salamanca - so ask first)

Lovely Apartment in Ideal Location

This apartment was perfect for our needs and is all a couple staying in Madrid for a week requires. It is cozy and comfortable. Well stocked and clean. The bathroom seems recently remodeled and had the BEST shower I’ve had in Europe. The building is very nice and the doorman (Celestino) super friendly. However, the star of the show here is the location which is PERFECT. In the heart of Salamanca, just two blocks from restaurant row on Jorge Juan, everything is walking distance, and given the lovely weather we had in Mid February we walked everywhere. Karin and Christina were helpful and responsive. They were kind to arrange for an early check in since the flight from the states arrives early morning. There is a market directly across the street that will supply all your needs, and a bakery at the corner that was terrific. All in all, this is a great choice and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid. 5 Stars!Javier

Hermosilla III es una joya de apartamento en una ubicación inmejorable. Cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, y todos los de servicios. Fácil acceso a todos los medios de transporte. Podría mejorar la limpieza y la lencería de cama y baño para así ser una experiencia verdaderamente lujosa. Karen ,su anfitriona es muy amable y siempre está dispuesta a resolver cualquier problema. Sin duda volvería a alquilarlo.
