This beautiful apartment is located in a well maintained condominium in the posh Playa del Duque area of Costa Adeje. In its walking proximity is the Del Duque shopping mall and the El Duque shopping arcade. There is a brand new shopping mall right accross the road. There is also a large selection of restaurants in the area and the Playa del Duque beach is just within 5 minutes walk and the Playa Fanabe beach is within 10 minutes walk.

Excellent apartment in quiet location

Leonid met us on arrival and got us settled in. The apartment was in a gated complex and was very quiet. It’s a short walk to Playa Del Duque beach and also has a supermarket just across the road, with further restaurants at Playa Fanabe about 10-15 mins walk. The beds were comfortable and the balcony perfect for relaxing on

40th celebration

The property was fantastic. Very clean and situated in the perfect place we wanted to be. Was an easy exchange of keys with the owner and even let us in early to drop our bags. The fan was broken but the owner bought us a new one round the next morning. Which was very appreciated. Two good sized bedrooms and living area and balcony was so peaceful of a night. Overall we had an amazing stay and will be visiting again next year.

Delightful Property

Excellent apartment for a break in Tenerife. Clean and comfortable, on a residential complex in El Duque. The communication and welcome by Leonid our host was very good. The apartment is spacious enough for two couples, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, although there is no where to sit and eat together. There are several shops and restaurants on the door step, whilst the sea and wonderful beaches are within a 5 min walk. We would be happy to return.

Perfect apartment in nice residence

We stayed in October in Leonids’ house for a full week. The weather was still perfect, approximately 30 degrees. About the apartment: good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice modern shower. Kitchen was ok, inventory could be reviewed (e.g. some extra glasses). Living room comfortable. Balcony not very big, but well positioned. About swimming pool: Very well maintained, crystal clear and still very nice temperature (27 degrees in October). The pool water is light salty, but that’s much nicer than a chlorine pool, I recommend! The pool area was always very quiet as most of the apartment owners were not there in this time of the year. We would love to come back once.

Costa Adeje

Great apartment with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. First floor with a pool view, very quiet location which is what I wanted. 15 min slow walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the area. Overall a great property.

Goede locatie netje aangelegd park

Over het algemeen goed verblijf. Keuken is wel erg slechte staat kwa deuren. Lekkende boiler. De straal van de douche is erg minimaal. Je kan niet met 3 man achter elkaar douchen. Als het net meer dan 25 graden is kan je hier prima slapen. Zodra warmer heb je een airco nodig, maar die is hier niet. Verder nette accomadatie rustig gelegen en direct aan het zwembad. Ligbedden perfect bij het zwembad. Let op geen smart tv maar gewone lcd tv aanwezig. Ook vraagt hij bij inchecken ineens om 3,- per dag voor internet anders plaatst hij de router niet. Il heb gezegd dat het niet in de advertentie staat op homeaway dus heb ik niet extra betaald hiervoor. Over algemeen gezien goede week gehad in dit appartement.
