On the first floor with about 110sqm of interior, 30m² of equipped and partially covered terrace. Beautiful garden with plants, trees and green lawn surrounding it.
Independent entrance with door and bell, living room with open fireplace, table for 8 people and exit to the terrace with sea view. Kitchen with 4 burners, Corridor leading to: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 combinable single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 people), 1 bathroom with glass / stainless steel shower and WC, outside there is also a further shower.

Positivt: Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Værten var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Vi havde en fantastisk udsigt fra vores 1. sal. Huset ligger tæt på en lille strand men vi foretrak at køre et par kilometer til en strand hvor der var bedre plads og service. Hvad skal man være opmærksom på: Huset ligger i et meget øde område. Der er kun ganske få restauranter inden for 5 km. Man deler huset med værtens famiile (stue-etage), så der var ikke fuld adgang til have, solterasse mm. Der var ikke aircondition, men huset var godt isoleret. Hvad kunne være bedre: Der manglede en god sofa hvor der var plads til mere end en.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, die Wohnung und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Danke für die schöne Woche.

Ein wunderschöner ruhiger Platz an der Costa Verde

Das Haus liegt wunderschön an einem Hang mit einem herrlichen Blick von der Terrasse auf das glasklare Meer. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und waren auch in ihrer Abwesenheit immer erreichbar. Danke für den Tipp, eine Bootsfahrt entlang der Küste zu unternehmen. Ein großer Dank an Angelo! Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich traumhaft. Man kann diverse Strände erreichen, die alle ihre Besonderheiten haben. Dies ist ein Ort, um einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alle wichtigen Dinge kaufen konnte.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Vorab gab es Probleme mit der Bezahlung, es funktionierte online nur die Anzahlung aber Umberto akzeptierte dass ich den Rest bar bezahle ,was ihm hoch anzurechnen ist. Die Familie ist sehr nett, vor Ort bemühte sich überwiegend der Papa von Umberto um uns einiges zu erklären. Allerdings ist es von Vorteil wenn man die Sprache beherrscht. Da es über übersetzungsapps nicht so wirklich fließt. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet, der Blick in den ich mich verliebt habe, wunderschön. Das zweite Bad ist eine Aussendusche im Hof. Das Meer ist in 7 Minuten erreichbar, weil es nur bergab geht, zurück ist der Weg länger, weil bergauf, bin nicht sehr sportlich und meine Mutter mit ihren 73 Jahren hatte auch zu kämpfen. Nun, die Familie war nett, der Strand und das mehr sehr schön, die Unterkunft wie beschrieben, ein guter Urlaub.

Partiamo col dire che l appartamento e in ottima posizione, con una vista stupenda , molto pulita, la spiaggia e vicina a piedi 5 minuti e 20 minuti in macchina la spiaggia piscinas,il" problema"sono le distanze dei servizi tutti a circa 30 minuti circa di distanza(supermercato farmacia insomma le cose essenziali). Se vuoi passare una settimana in assoluta tranquillità, e il posto ideale, ricorda di fare una grossa spesa prima di arrivare. Vrbo dovete essere più dettagliati sull aspetto delle lontananze per i servizi.

Jolie Maison en bord de mer

Jolie maison bien entretenue à proximitée de la plage et de la mer. Terrasse bien exposée avec vue sur la mer. En hors saison c'est vraiment très calme, il faut penser à faire les courses avant d'arriver. De belles balades à pieds aux alentours de la maison.

Herbst 2022 Marina di Arbus

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir fanden eine tolle Einrichtung vor, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Mittelmeer mit einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Kommunikation mit Umberto lief absolut reibungslos, so dass wir uns mit allen Fragen an ihn wenden konnten.

Ein kleines Paradies für Ruhesuchende

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, schnell ist man zu Fuß am Strand, alles in absoluter Ruhe. Die anliegenden Strände sind traumhaft, man findet jeden Tag ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Umberto und seine Eltern sind tolle Gastgeber! Ganz herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub, wir haben alles sehr genossen!

Excellent séjour et des propriétaires d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une superbe villa entièrement équipée avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et d'une propreté irréprochable.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et d'une gentillesse incroyable.La plage est à côté.C'est un endroit calme et reposant.Les habitants et commerçants sont très sympathiques.

Всё было просто замечательно

Хороший дом, в котором мы прекрасно провели две недели. Вид на море из гостиной и большого балкона, тихие спальни. Море рядом, на песочном пляже, до которого пять минут пешком, достаточно немного людей даже в высокий сезон (кроме выходных). Можно проехать на автомобиле на обширные песочные пляжи дюны Piscinas, обязательно совершить экскурсию на моторной лодке, которая отправляется почти от самого дома. Владельцы дома, семья Флорис, потрясающе гостеприимные и замечательные люди, постаравшиеся сделать всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома. Было просто прекрасно!

Entspannung pur und jede Menge Platz

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war "first class". Jeden Tag haben wir den Sonnenuntergang von unserer großen Terasse genossen und Umberto hat uns die besten Strände in der Umgebung gezeigt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ciao, Carmen und Jürgen

Meravigliosa Vacanza*****

La proprietà è arredata con gusto, pulitissima, molto curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni confort. Le foto non tradiscono per niente le aspettative…anzi dal “vivo” è ancora meglio. La vista dalla veranda, goduta nelle diverse ore del giorno, è di per sé uno spettacolo mozzafiato che non ti stancheresti mai di guardare. Situata in una zona residenziale tranquilla non si è mai disturbati, ci si sente come in un paradiso, circondati dal verde del giardino e dal rumore del mare. La spiaggia è a circa 50 metri con un mare dalle tonalità meravigliose … il relax è assicurato! I proprietari sono davvero fantastici e disponibili dandoci sempre informazioni utili sulla zona e addirittura offrendoci un giro con il loro SUV nelle fantastiche dune di Piscinas. Non vediamo l'ora di Tornare !!

Des vacances de Rêve

Très belle villa, très chaleureuse, jardin impeccable, vraiment propre, just à proximité de très belles plages. Accueil sympa du propriétaire avec une vrai caffé italienne et une limoncello homemade. Je recommande cette maison car tout simplement on s'y sent bien. La Sardaigne est un île magnifique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Peace , Relax and Beach

We spent a wonderful week in Marina di Arbus The house is a perfect place for a great holiday - situated in a quiet green area and just in front at the beach. It is cleen and perfectly equipped, with two terasses, BBQ and a beautiful garden. Umberto were extremely helpful and gave us some very useful advice about places to visit and things to do during our stay. We would highly recommend this place for a stay in Sardinia

Absolutely Perfect

Everything was perfect, even beyond the expectations. Marina Di Arbus has a unique charm, still an authentic spot in the Mediterranean sea! The sea is wonderful and we could enjoy every day different type of beaches all equally beautiful. Most of the main sites were just around the corner and travelling with small kids made everything very easy. The house is located just in front of the beach in a peaceful green spot with many trees and flowers. Full equipped and comfortable inside and outside. Ideal to enjoy barbecues and relaxing time sitting on the Terrace. The owners have a special kindness and touch, they made us feel home from the very first day. A special thanks goes to them, for the help, the smiles and the suggestions which made our stay absolutely perfect. Un abbraccio a voi !!

Alles Perfekt

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter. Wir wurden mit Geschenken empfangen. Ein Bier gekühlt im Kühlschrank, Kaffee mit Guetzli und ein selber gemachter Mirto standen parat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Auch das Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso ein gepflegter Garten. Genug und sehr vielseitiges Geschirr, Handtücher für Strand und Körperpflege alles wie versprochen. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Einfach super.

Excellent Séjour

Maison très propre avec un très beau jardin, situe just on face de la plage et à proximite des dunes de Piscinas (15min en voiture). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de plus vous pouvez avoir confiance au propriétaire de la maison. Il vous accueille avec le sourire. La maison est plus jolie et grand que sur les photos de plus, elle est très bien équipée (pas besoin d emporter quoi que ce soit). A recommander avec les yeux fermer... GRAZIE MILLE et à l année prochaine j espère....

Magnificent

I stayed with my husband, 2 kids ( 4 and 1 years old ) and my mother for a week in April. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and equipped with everything that you could need (fully equipped kitchen, iron, blankets, etc). There was a complimentary fruits and water which was very nice after a travel. It was very kind from the owner to provide a high chair for us which made our stay very comfortable with a one year old kid. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the beach is just perfect - sand and crystal clear water! Amazing! In just few minuts you are down at the beach (about a 100 meater). Our holiday in Marina di Arbus was great - perfect beach and amazing food! I would recommend this place to everyone
