Ground floor apartment with a fabulous terrace with barbecue and pergola, to enjoy in the shade of a good meal.
It consists of a large bedroom with 1 double bed and a sofa bed for one person. Ideal for couples with 2 small children.
Nice kitchen completely renovated and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Oven. Microwave oven. Water heater. Coffee maker.
1 bathroom. Spacious lounge. TV Internet fiber
In addition to the terrace with barbecue, there is another open in the back enabled with sunbeds for sunbathing.
The apartment is located in a beautiful, very quiet area, surrounded by centuries-old palm trees and only 200 meters from the main avenue of Puerto del Carmen, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
There are two ride bikes available for our guests.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We loved this apartment. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. The location is perfect, minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the beach but quiet at night. One of the best in this area. Definitely recommend.

A really lovely apartment in a quiet but great location

Good size apartment with all the things you would need during your stay. The front dining open space is really lovely, but the rear area leaves a little to be desired (not sure who owns it as I would expect the apartment owners wouldn't leave it so untidy). We have booked to return.

We booked to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary and what a find , the owners were lovely and on hand when we needed them , a lovely clean and spacious apartment with a great outdoor area and it’s just a few minutes walk to the strip , we would definitely stay again

Wohlfühl Urlaub in der Calle Frankfurt

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. die Wohnung ist top. Die Lage auch. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten mitten auf der Promenade oder an den verschiedenen Strandabschnitten in Puerto del Carmen. Die Wohnung einfach spitze. Für zwei Personen definitiv sehr gut. Es passte für uns einfach alles. Würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen, wenn wir noch einmal auf Lanzarote Urlaub machen würden. Die Vermieter auch total nett, auch wenn es nur Kontakt über Handy gab. Man konnte alles fragen oder wenn es mal etwas gab, wurde es umgehend erledigt. Macht so weiter liebe Sonia und lieber René Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt

Zentral gelegene aber ruhige schöne Wohnung

Diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist eine untere Wohnung in einem zweistöckigen Bungalow und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse, aber nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants und Strand entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht: Zwei Terrassen, bequemes Bett, Spül- und Waschmaschine, großer Flat-TV, Sonnenschirm und -Liegen. Nichts fehlte uns für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zur Begrüßung waren Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie Obst und Kaffee vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattete und Gewürze sowie Öl, Essig, Spülmaschinenmittel und vieles mehr vorhanden. Im Bad war reichlich Toilettenpapier und sogar Waschmittel da. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Man fühlte sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Dafür kann man nur die beste Bewertung abgeben. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 5 mins walk to bars, restaurants, shops & beach. Rene & Sonia were very helpful and accommodating regarding our late flight home. We hope to stay here again soon. Highly recommended

Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben über Weihnachten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen und mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt zentral und ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und mit warmen Bettdecken und guten Kopfkissen ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit Sonia und René war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter.
