You will be staying in a 6-room villa that spans across 3 levels, with a total area of 350 square meters, and offers a south-west facing position. The tastefully furnished living/dining room measures 75 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), cable TV with a flat screen, and a DVD player, leading out to the terrace. There is also an office space included. The open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (also for decoration only) and a kitchen corner, leading out to the terrace and swimming pool area. This level also houses a large room (34 square meters) with a double sofa bed (150 cm, length 220 cm), a shower, and a separate guest toilet.
