The Villa with a pool is only 18 km far away from Dubrovnik, perfect for visiting cultural sites and take pleasure in the rich nightlife. Also in walking distance is the beautiful Trsteno Arboretum, which boasts gorgeous gardens, fountains and historical sites, as well as a few of pebble beaches with crystal clear water.
Villa is fully equipped with 9 rooms, en-suite bathrooms, and is suitable for 18 people.
Above the Villa, there is several terraces and cozy Sundeck with beach chairs where you can relax under the endless, blue sky soaking up sun rays or simply enjoy tasting the juice prepared from grapes planted on the estate.Villa New World is a fully service villa. It has a kitchen, staff and laundry service (guest cannot access the kitchen and laundry room – the staff is at service).

Excellent vacation!

All we can say about the villa and location is WOW! Everything about our vacation here was excellent! For day one we were pampered like royalty! Wonderful location!

If you are looking for a place where you can relax and spend quality time with family this is a house for you. Villa New World is an excellent choice for big families travelling together or larger groups of friend. My family enjoyed staying at the villa and especially we loved the possibility to book a chef for our meals! We all loved it and prepared meals were like in Michelin star restaurant! We will be coming back for sure!

Great

I and all my siblings rented the villa and lived with our families a week. The accommodation makes it possible to both socialize together on the large terrace with wonderful views, such as being able to retire in their own rooms.

Amazing view

Perfect view

The villa is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The only problem is that is is a little far away from the city center and shops, restaurants. The beach is very close to the villa.

Perfect for a large group

Great place for a large group of friends, lots of space. A beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, just a beautiful outside area with outside dining tables. The city of Dubrovnik is a small ride away with a car, so I would recommend renting one.

Great Villa

We had a wonderful family reunion with 14 people - the Villa is exactly as described. Easy access to a well maintained safe beach, the only problem is that restaurants and shops are a drive away you can not walk there.
