About this property

House of 150 m2 and 12,000 m2 enclosed garden not overlooked.
Inside a contemporary décor, two living rooms and a dining room.
On the ground floor double bedrooms and a shower room. Upstairs a double room with shower and bath. Possibility of an extra bedroom.
The pool is 8x4 meters and has stairs. Poolhouse.
There are three large terraces, one covered with a barbecue and a gas griddle. There is also a veranda where it is possible to
 eat the rare days of rain! We leave our nice cats in the property. Promo - 5% the last two weeks of July!
