Quatre terrasses sur quatre niveaux avec vue imprenable sur l’Adriatique, vignes, grenadiers et oliviers. Villa Priscilla est un Eden privé. Vous vous retrouverez sous le charme de la vue sur la baie de Boka.

Villa Priscilla

Had a fabulous time in Montenegro. Artun and Priscilla were superb hosts-even when our taxi was late, Artun took us down into the town which was very much appreciated. Views were spectacular; weather was excellent, villa was great.

Lovely Stay at Villa Priscilla

We had a very friendly welcome from Artun and Priscilla upon arrival. They are great hosts and was very nice to meet them and share their lovely Villa for a couple of weeks. Amazing villa in beautiful settings

A great villa with private pool in Kotor Bay, up in the hill from the small village for privacy and superb views, sunny from morning until the evening. Well equipped, simply a stunning location to spend vacation and drive around northern part of Montenegro. Helpful and super friendly hosts. A quick drive from/to Dubrovnik, Croatia, for easy access.

Great house with super view over the Bay

Artun and Priscilla are great hosts. We enjoyed our week stay. Rooms are nice and clean with great view. Location is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace as well. Though our hosts live on the upper floor, we barely noticed there presence. Would return Definitely recommend the place.

Magnificent view

A lovely house in a very quiet rural location with easy access to local amenities and best of all, the most breathtaking view - the perfect escape and place to recharge. Pricilla and Artun were warm, generous and gracious hosts and could do enough to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend this property.

Breathtaking beauty

This is an absolutely amazing property for visiting the bay of Kotor and Montenegro. It looked beautiful in the pictures but is even more amazing when you are there. Our hosts Artun and Priscilla were very accommodating and friendly. We had all the comforts of home with the extravagance of vacation. We look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic villa at Boka Bay

Dear Priscilla and Artun, what a lovely place to stay, but also such kind hosts! We had a fantastic week in the villa which has really all you need. The location is superb with astonishing view of the bay and the surrounding mountains. A car is a must, but then you can really visit amazing places. It can get crowdy at the villages and beach side, but then you can simply enjoy the luxury of the private pool. Highly recommended!

Very, very dangerous drive to property. Not for the faint hearted.

Beautiful views. Pool v.dirty. No filter, so you're removing bugs constantly. It's not private. Hosts always on watch & eager to tell you of every thing you do wrong dssue!!!!!

We stayed as a family of 4 with two adult kids. Artun and Priscilla are the most gorgeous hosts and really helped our trip be extra special with tips on where to go and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is simply stunning with a very peaceful location about a 5 minute drive up the mountain outside of Risan. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ, relaxing by the pool and taking in the scenery. The villa is really comfortable and easily accommodated us all. It was super clean and had all amenties we needed. The only reason I've gone 4 stars rather than 5 is the pool could have been cleaner and there were 3 showers in the property but only one could be used at a time. Not real issues and we had the best 9 nights here and I would return. Make sure you check out Perast for breakfast and Kotor for the old town. Highly recommend Amara Beach Club if you fancy some luxury but does take around an hour to reach. Montenegro is so beautiful.

Beautiful view but look elsewhere for comfortable bed and privacy.

Great view, but the beds and linens were uncomfortable. There were no top sheets and the cover was very thin. We arrived at midnight after flight delays and a seven-hour drive from Split, only to find the owner uneasy about our three-year-old being there, although his wife later said it was fine. The listing indicates that kids aged 0-17 are welcome. The owners live on the third floor of the same house. While the listing does mention their presence, it feels awkward renting a private villa at this price point and having another couple sleeping in the same house.

Dear Guests, This review does not reflect the truth. In our house rules, children aged between 0-2 and 13-17 are allowed. These guests made a reservation for 2 adults only. However, they arrived at midnight with their child who is over 3 years old. The term 'uneasy' has been used for our polite reminder of our house rules, which saddens us. Guests did not see the sheets and towels in the wardrobe. When they asked about the location of the sheets via message, it was explained to them. The review states that 'there were no top sheets'. This statement also does not reflect the truth. As seen in all the other reviews, we allocate all spaces exclusively for our guests and show great respect for their privacy. Unfortunately, there are problem-focused customers on every platform. As long as the reviews reflect the truth, we are pleased to hear from you and improve our service quality. Best Regards, VP

Absolutely beautiful

The villa - what can we say - we all fell in love with the view and spent most of our time by the pool/under the gazebo and appreciating the magnificent view. We were delighted by the swallows who visited the pool regularly. You need a car to access the property and the area around Boka Bay - there are many great restaurants and bars within 5-20 mins drive. We were super impressed with the quality of food we enjoyed everywhere. In terms of the owners; always prompt responses to requests, pre-arrival and during our stay. The owners are discreet and leave you to it, yet readily available to help if needed. Their support was invaluable as my father had to be hospitalised during our stay and Priscilla accompanied us all the way and was instrumental in making sure we got swift help. Their kindness was genuine and much appreciated. They responded to feedback about the sunloungers and purchased new cushions on the day of feedback and also went out of their way to source some tonic water for our duty free gin! Fabulous! We wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you Artun & Priscilla

Toller Blick, freundliche Gastgeber!

Eine schöne Location mit tollem Blick von oben auf die Bucht von Risan. Viele Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen, zum Beispiel nach Kotor, nach Budva oder ins Hinterland über gut ausgebaute Straßen nach Zabljak in den Dormitor Nationalpark oder zur Tara-Schlucht.

Amazing view and perfect welcome

The villa was situated as described and located beautifully top of Risan with an astonishing view of Kotor Bay. The road uphill is a bit adventurous but manageable. We truly enjoyed our time there and the valuable tipps by Pricilla and Artun (who live in the 2nd floor, but never were of any disturbance).

The most perfect place

It was our first time in Montenegro. Montenegro itself was very nice, but Villa Priscilla was just amazing! The first time we entered the villa: GOOSEBUMPS! I can’t even describe it in words. The location was perfect, it is located very nearly to the beach. The service was perfect, the host Ms Priscilla and her daugther were very friendly and helpfull. This is a villa you need to experience at least for once in your lifetime. Believe me!

A wonderful find

We had a terrific week at Villa Priscilla. It is tucked away above Risan and has the most stunning views across the bay. Sitting on the shady terrace on a very comfortable sofa was so blissful it was hard to tear ourselves away. Artun, Priscilla and their daughter were the most charming and helpful hosts, on hand to offer help whenever it was needed. Risan is a quiet little town that is conveniently located for Kotor and Perast, and an easy drive from Dubrovnik airport. We hope to return.

Amazing Villa

Wunderschöne Villa mit spektakulärem Ausblick

Der Urlaub in der Villa Priscilla war super! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Der Ausblick ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Terrasse und Garten hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Der Innenbereich ist genauso eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist schön groß und geräumig. Auch sind alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Sie wohnen im dritten Stock im gleichen Haus, waren aber sehr diskret und haben uns unsere Privatsphäre absolut gelassen. Ein Auto ist hier auf jeden Fall ein Muss. Das Haus liegt sehr weit oben auf einem Berg und der Anstieg ist sehr steil. Ich kann die Villa Priscilla jedem nur empfehlen! Ganz lieben Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub Artun und Priscilla!!
