Great location to awesome beaches. House was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice. Unfortunately we had a language barrier that caused some confusion but it all worked out well

Perfect stay

We had a great week staying in Francesca's apartment. She was very welcoming and provided some essentials at check in (such as nespresso cups and a nice bottle of wine for us and milk for our baby). Which was super nice.The apartment is fully equiped and very clean. You will find everything you might need. The location is great for exploring the beautiful beaches nearby and the beach near the apartment is also very nice. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Francesca!

Everything you need for comfortable vacation

We are regular to Sardinia and this was one of the best stays so far. Great communication with Francesca and flexible check-in arranement. Very nice and clean apartment for family of 4 with two teenagers. Equipped with everything you need and more. Francesca even provided a supply of the capsules for the Nespresso machine, honey, local jam and pastry, so our breakfast was covered. The rerrace is great to chill during the day or in the evening, with practical outside shower even with the hot water. We usually stay without A/C, but this time it was quite hot for the beginning of July and the air-conditioning was great addition for comfortable night rest. The washing machine was also very practical. The community is calm. The beach is about 2-3 min walk.in the shade of the pine trees. It's small, but great snorkeling around the rocks on both sides. We used it in the morning for a quick swim. In the afternoon we visited many beautiful beaches in the Chia area within 5-10 min drive. In the evening great restaurant's in the Chia area. Also about 5 minutes drive. We enjoyed especially Francesca's tip Mirage and our little discovery Ristorante Chia. We can definitely recommend Francesca's place. You will not find many like this around.

Francesca war wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und nett und bei Fragen immer schnell zur Stelle. Wir wurden mit einem großzügigen Willkommenspaket (Wasser, Bier, Sekt und hochwertige sardische Süßigkeiten) empfangen. Alles war sauber und das Appartement ist super gut ausgestattet (Strandhandtücher, -stühle und Sonnenschirme, Spielsachen bis hin zu Gewürzen und Endlos-Zewarolle) - hier ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Terrasse bietet Schatten und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Zum Strand runter ist man fix über ein paar Treppen und Wege in der Anlage.Francesca, wir werden dich in Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Es war sehr angenehm, in der Zeit, als wir da waren, war die ganze Anlage fast leer, da die Schule schon in Sardinien begonnen hat. Die Pinus Village hat einen eigenen Strand, der zu Fuß auch gut erreichbar ist, man kann auch mit dem Auto hinfahren.Ausstattung ist sehr gut, und die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich, fürsorglich.Ich fand die Wohnung schön. Es gibt mehrere Strände aber auch in 15 minütiger Entfernung z.B Chia.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen offenbar frisch renovierten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand. Um Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen benötigt man allerdings einen PKW. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich, wobei die Aussendusche ein echtes Highlight war.Nur der Weg zum Strand war doch etwas weiter als 200 Meter und mit einen steilen Weg mit Treppen verbunden, was man vielleicht wissen sollte.Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Francesca hatte viele gute Tips für uns und war immer ansprechbar. Auch kleine Extra-Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Ankunft haben uns sehr gefreut.Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Perfekt für alle, die Sardinien in einer entspannten und komfortablen Atmosphäre erleben möchten.

Nous venons de terminer notre semaine de vacances à Pinus Village et notre séjour a été excellent. Le village est vraiment calme à l'ambiance familiale, à seulement quelques kilomètres des magnifiques plages de Chia.L'appartement est vraiment très propre et très bien équipé : il ne manque absolument rien pour passer un bon séjour. Les lits sont très confortables. La terrasse est tres agréable avec un coin repas à l ombre et un coin convivial pour l' apéritif.Francesca la propriétaire est très gentille et serviable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous recommandons vraiment cette location. La plage du village est très jolie et proche ( seulement 7 minutes à pied de l' appartement). Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour au sud de la Sardaigne !

Tutto perfetto

La casa della signora Francesca e' semplicemente meravigliosa: e' immersa in una magnifica pineta a qualche minuto dalla spiaggia raggiungibile attraverso una scalinata e poi percorrendo una stradina sempre immersa nel verde. Ci si può comunque arrivare comodamente anche in auto. La spiaggia e' molto carina ed il mare fantastico. La casa e' completa di tutto e la signora ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua, te', detersivi, sapone, carta igienica, olio, sale, zucchero... Un vero plus! Pulizia eccezionale. Le spiagge di Chia e Pula sono tutte vicine e raggiungibili in 5-10 minuti al massimo dalla casa. Vacanza indimenticabile! catinaed il mare e' stupendo.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, bonne literie. Petite terrasse sympa! Situation au calme idéal pour des vacances loin du tourisme de masse. A 10 minutes à pied d’un jolie plage. Francesca est très accueillante et nous a mis quelques petites attentions pour notre arrivée. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Deux semaines de tout repos

Francesca est une femme très cordiale et accueillante. Elle réagit immédiatement à chaque petite question et a vraiment à cœur que ses invités se sentent bien. La maison est très bien équipée et est située dans un domaine ombragé très calme et familial. La plage est facilement accessible à pied en quelques minutes. On peut faire une magnifique randonnée par l'ancienne voie romaine surplombant la mer. Plusieurs commerces se trouvent à quelques minutes en voiture. Le restaurant du camping Torre Chia est excellent. Nous recommandons chaleureusement la maison de Francesca pour des vacances ressourçantes !

Soggiorno molto positivo

A casa della sig.ra Francesca ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Già prima di arrivare, per un nostro problema di carta di credito, Francesca si è dimostrata molto disponibile, aiutandoci di fatto a risolvere la problematica. Al nostro arrivo ci aspettava per accoglierci, ci ha illustrato la casa, ci ha subito dato consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno e ci ha lasciati dicendo di chiamarla per qualsiasi bisogno. La casa è ben curata, delle giuste dimensioni per una vacanza di famiglia (nel nostro caso due adulti e due bimbe di 5 e 1,5 anni); è dotata di un utilissimo spazio esterno, dove lasciare le cose del mare, dove eventualmente pranzare e cenare e dove soprattutto fare una bella doccia prima di entrare in casa; all'interno una camera matrimoniale con un materasso decisamente comodo, un'altra cameretta con letto a castello, una zona giorno (aria condizionata e TV), bagno con doccia e zona cucina; Francesca ci ha fatto trovare un lettino da campeggio, perfetto; inoltre abbiamo trovato un seggiolone cosi che non ci sono stati problemi a mangiare tutti a tavola; in casa abbiamo trovato acqua nel frigorifero, olio, il necessario per cucinare senza dover subito andare a fare una super spesa; ci sono state fornite anche le cialde per il caffè 👍👍; abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto pulito, con biancheria adeguata; dalla casa, seguendo un percorso di circa 200 mt, si arriva alla spiaggia; prezioso il parchetto per far giocare le due bambine; per noi esperienza sicuramente top!

Favoloso! Lo consigliamo

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'appartamento, la sig.ra Francesca e suo marito ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e cortesia. La casa è curata in ogni minimo particolare, si percepisce l'attenzione per gli ospiti inoltre è molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini e c'era tutto ciò che è necessario per loro. La casa dista 7/8 minuti a piedi dal mare, c'è una spiaggia privata davvero bella ed anche ad agosto non era affollata, mentre le altre spiagge si raggiungono facilmente in auto e sono tutte molto belle. I market distano 5 minuti in auto. In conclusione, consigliamo vivamente questa struttura e ringraziamo i proprietari per la loro disponibilità, certi di tornare presto a trovarli! Monica e famiglia.

Accogliere Monica, Cesare e i loro bambini è stato per noi un piacere! Sin dal loro primo messaggio, sono apparse persone alla mano con le quali siamo subito entrati in sintonia. Abbiamo dato loro il consueto supporto ed abbiamo messo a disposizione la casa dotata di tutto ciò che può essere utile e necessario all’arrivo, ivi compresa la biancheria, i giochi per i bimbi, la dotazione di carta, panno carta, il caffè Nespresso, etc.. E ciò anche perché per noi è molto importante che i nostri ospiti si sentano a casa e che trascorrano bene le loro vacanze. Sarebbe bello per noi poterli ospitare nuovamente. Des supers vacances!

Une petite maison pleine de charme, très propre et au calme dans un petit village sous les arbres. Idéalement située près des plus belles plages du sud de la Sardaigne. Terrasse et jardin sans vis à vis bien agréable après la plage. Je vous la recommande. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Un grand merci à Francesca et son mari qui ont été des hôtes incroyables du début à la fin. Tout a été très simple avec eux avec sourire et bonne humeur. Ils sont très attentionnés, disponibles et serviables. Ils nous ont en plus donné de très bon conseils pour profiter et visiter au mieux leur belle région. Possibilité aussi pour les plus jeunes enfants d’avoir des sécurités pour le lit à étage du dessus et il y a un lit tiroir au pire sous le lit du bas. Tout était donc super. À bientôt peut être Francesca !

Une famille spèciale! Laetitia, son mari et leurs filles m'ont inspiré dès le début de la sympathie… Très gentils, joyeux et cordiaux ils ont apprécié la maison et ont été attentifs et respectueux des règles au maximum. Des hôtes vraiment excellents que je serais ravi de pouvoir accueillir à nouveau. Laetitia et Goeffrey, merci beaucoup et j'espère vous revoir. Je vous attends!

Un nido perfetto per la nostra famiglia

La casa della signora Francesca era perfetta per noi: spaziosa, tranquilla, a pochi minuti dal mare, con uno spazio esterno favoloso che abbiamo sfruttato tanto e arredata con molto gusto. La gentilezza con cui siamo stati accolti, la disponibilità a fornire informazioni su spiagge, ristoranti, supermercati per non parlare della possibilità di usare l'ombrellone, le sedie da spiaggia e i giochi per i bambini... ci siamo sentiti come amici di famiglia. La spiaggia di Pinus Village era bellissima, comoda da raggiungere a piedi. Si poteva fare tranquillamente avanti e indietro per pranzo e non era mai troppo affollata nonostante fosse pieno agosto. A pochi minuti d'auto era comunque possibile raggiungere le spiagge piu famose che vale certo la pena di vedere.. ma coi bambini era bello stare nella 'nostra' spiaggia, frequentata molto da gente del posto e dove hanno potuto stringere amicizie. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzettino di cuore

vacances de rêves

Excellente location au calme, à proximité (à peine 10 minutes à pied) d'une très belle crique. Très propre et joliment décorée, spacieuse, terrasse et jardin sans vis à vis et donc très appréciable. Accueil avec des produits locaux, et tout le nécessaire pour la plage (serviettes, parasol, chaises...). Plus que parfait, le séjour était trop court.

Accueillir Karine et Thierry a été pour moi un vrai plaisir. Je les ai accueillis comme je le fais toujours avec les invités, leur faisant trouver quelque chose de frais et quelque chose de caractéristique des produits et des douceurs sardes à leur arrivée. Ce sont des gens très polis et gentils, très respectueux de la maison et de ses règles. Leur séjour fut très court, néanmoins ils profitèrent de la mer des Pinus, de la plage et des criques, cette année particulièrement grandes et belles. J'espère pouvoir les accueillir à nouveau même pour une plus longue période. Merci beaucoup Karine et Thierry et bonne rentrée.

Séjour magnifique

Le lieu est calme et reposant. Le logement est nickel et super bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont exceptionnels aussi bien au niveau gentillesse que serviable. Nous avons passé, ma petite famille et moi un super séjour. Les plages à proximités sont magnifiques, dépaysement assuré.

Host disponibili e casa super accessoriata. Spiagge da sogno

Ringrazio la signora Francesca e suo marito Franco che si sono rivelate persone gentilissime, sempre reperibili e disponibili. La casa è ben arredata, accessoriata di tutto e soprattutto pulitissima. Letti comodi e lenzuola e asciugamani di buona qualità (anche questa cosa molto gradita). Casa fresca e comunque provvista di aria condizionata e zanzariere. Posizione strategica soprattutto per chi vuole visitare le bellissime spiagge che distano 10/20 minuti di auto e sono facilmente raggiungibili. La spiaggia del Pinus personalmente non l'abbiamo frequentata molte perchè abbiamo preferito girare, comunque piccolina ma carina e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi tramite una scalinata. Sicuramente consigliato. Grazie di tutto!

Laura, Davide e i loro bambini sono stati ospiti graditissimi. Persone molto gentili, cordiali, attente al rispetto delle regole e della casa. Abbiamo cercato di fare tutto il possibile per accoglierli al meglio e per farli sentire “a casa”, come sempre cerchiamo di fare con tutti i nostri ospiti. Sarei ben contenta se scegliessero nuovamente la nostra casa per le loro vacanze. Grazie mille!

Tutto benissimo

Casa completamente rinnovata con gusto, ben attrezzata, spazio esterno ottimo per mangiare sia a pranzo che a cena. La signora Francesca è stata gentilissima e si è resa sempre disponibile per qualsisi necessità. La spiaggia del Pinus (piccola ma molto bella) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 8 min tramite delle rampe di scale e dei brevi sentieri. Raccomando sicuramente l'affitto anche a famiglie con bambini come noi.

Amo accogliere al meglio i miei ospiti, rendendo l'ambiente il più accogliente possibile affinché tutti si sentano come a casa.... Claudia e la sua famiglia sono stati ospiti davvero eccellenti dal loro arrivo alla partenza, molto gentili ed estremamente rispettosi delle regole. Gradirei davvero tanto poterli ospitare nuovamente.
