Casita Anna-Maria Seaview

La Casita II de Anna-Maria fue renovada en julio de 2011 y es un cómodo apartamento de dos pisos de 70 metros cuadrados. Consta de dos habitaciones en el piso principal, la habitación blanca que está amueblada con estilo, con una cama grande y una cómoda. El segundo es una sala de estar equipada con un gran sofá que se puede transformar en una cama doble y la habitación también tiene un gran armario y acceso a una gran terraza con vista al mar. El baño con ducha está al lado de la sala de estar. En la planta superior hay una sala de estar luminosa con una cocina totalmente equipada y funcional, un aseo, un pintoresco balcón con vistas al mar, una gran terraza para comer, así como suficiente espacio de estacionamiento para dos autos.
La casa puede acomodar fácilmente hasta 5 personas, pero incluso 6 pueden caber decentemente, ya que el sofá de la sala se convierte en una cama queen. Esta casita es una opción ideal incluso para grupos más grandes o para dos familias.


Todas las tarifas mencionadas incluyen IVA, impuestos municipales locales, costos de limpieza, sábanas, sábanas y toallas semanalmente.

Wir würden gern wieder kommen!

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit herrlichen Blicken auf das Meer. Mit den mehreren Terrassen und dem Balkon findet man immer auch Schatten oder Windschutz. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, so war es genau wie erwartet. Als Paar fanden wir die Hausgröße ideal und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. (Und nein, das Schlafzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss und nicht im Keller, wie man es aus einem der Kommentare lesen könnte.) Wir hatten ein Mietauto, das war sehr sinnvoll. So konnten wir verschiedene Strände ausprobieren, am besten hat uns Kalo Livadi gefallen. Da die Saison gerade zu Ende war, konnten wir den breiten Sandstrand ohne Partypeople und Action fast allein genießen. ;-) Im nahen Ort Ano Mera (3,5km) haben wir gern eingekauft. Es gibt einen Flora-Supermarkt und gute Tavernen. Die Koutsothanasis Bakery an der Hauptstraße ist ein Muss für Törtchenliebhaber wie uns. Direkt nebenan befindet sich auch ein guter Metzger. Nikolas war sehr freundlich, war immer erreichbar und wir haben uns über ein Begrüßungs- und ein Abschiedsgeschenk gefreut ;-) Danke!

Vacanza a Mykonos

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. È davvero molto molto bella e la vista anche. Abbiamo tre figli e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La spiaggia di Kali livadi è da sogno e Mykonos città...beh è unica!

Relaxing Greek getaway

Clean, comfortable house with great sea views in three directions. Short trip to many beaches including Super Paradise, and 5 minutes from Ano Mera town square. Rental Car strongly recommended.

Kleines Haus am Meer

Aufenthalt vom 18.8 - 2.09; High Season, so really expensive for such a small house $$$$ . We (2 adults, 3 Childs) had some difficultys to find the house. The house is surrounded by some shell building, you arrive there on a dirt road. Once arrived, you will find in the basement a small Sleeping room with a very small window, a 2nd bed which is divided from the entrance by a curtain + a nice bathroom. In the first floor there is a very small kitchen and a bedsofa (not very comfortabel for sleeping). The house was not very clean, but Niklas send us the cleaning team, so it was okay. The first days there was a nasty smell in the house - the handyman came and resolved the problem after 3 days. 3 times we stayed without electricity (seems a regular Mykonos problem) Once we stayed without water (the handyman came again and resolved the problem after 6 hours) You will find a spectacular view to the sea. In our period it was very windy, so no way to stay at the terasse. There is one beach in walking distance (10 min) and other lovely beaches 5-10 Min with the car. The Team with Niklas and his friends is very nice and helpfull. All together i think Mykonos is a great place but really to expensive. With the house it is the same situation, nice but very small and just to expensive.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Das kleine Apartment mit viel Platz auf Terrasse und Balkon ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend von dem sympathischen Nikolas umsorgt. Zum nächsten Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier konnten wir auch bei dem stürmischen Nordwind, der die ganze Woche über blies, gut baden.

spectacular views but house disappointing

I could not fault the location and the views were outstanding but I found the house very small and cramped. The second bedroom is not really a bedroom and just covered by a curtain. There is only one air conditioning unit upstairs. The site where the house is located appears very unfinished and it's just a dirt track off the road to drive up to the house. I feared I was going to damage my rental car every time I used it. Nicholas and John could not have been more helpful and cooperative and responded immediately to all our queries and requests so I cannot fault them at all but I really found the house very claustrophobic and tight.

Très belle location, très bon accueil

Une vue magnifique de la baie sur la terrasse et une maison impeccable et très agréable avec une jolie décoration ! La maison est située dans un endroit calme de l'île. Nous avons été accueilli par une corbeille de fruits, du vin local. Il est nécessaire d'être véhiculé, nous avons loué un scooter toute la semaine qui nous permettait de nous rendre dans toutes les criques sur des chemins de terre, à Mykonos où ce n'est pas facile de se garer en voiture... A ne pas manquer! se rendre à Delos, magnifique ! John et Nikolas sont très serviables et ont prit le temps de nous conseiller. Nous avons été choyé jusqu'au retour à l'aéroport avec Nikolas qui avait un petit trou dans son emploi du temps très chargé. Merci à tous les deux pour votre gentillesse.

Amazing views, great property!

Nikolas and the property were both great! Any issues we can across Nikolas assisted us with right away. We even forgot a wall adapter so we couldn't really charge our phones or anything and Nikolas let us borrow his personal adapter. Also, Nikolas met is as the village square to escort us to the house and give us recommendations and show us around a bit. The views from the house were unreal! My only remotely negative remark is that the house is quite a ways from the Mykonos town. However, this turned out to be a good thing for us because it allowed us to see more areas of the island we may not have ventured out too. Also, the area is a lot less crowded which made our stay quiet, relaxing, and allowed us to feel more safe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Mykonos. Especially if you're looking to have a relaxing and fun island vacation. We had 3 amazing beaches less than a 5 min drive away. These beaches are also less crowded which was perfect for relaxing beach days. For example, we spent a lot of time at Kalo Livadi beach which is very close to the property, a lot less crowded than some of the other beaches, a lot less rocky than any other beach we went to, has day beds and a beach bar, and amazing views. The propert also has wifi and laundry which were very helpful since we stayed for about 10 days. The house was clean, had a great little kitchen, and came stocked with just about everything we needed. Also, we had plenty of towels and linens for our stay which was really nice. We even were provided with beach towels and umbrellas for our beach days. For longer stays in Mykonos I would definitely stay at this property again. If you are going for a quick trip just to party and drink this property is just a bit too far out of town though. The Mykonos roads can be hard to navigate and taxis are pricy so if you won't have a car or will be drinking a lot I'd recommend staying in town for the safety of yourself and others as well. Très satisfait

Je viens de passer une semaine à Mykonos à Anna-Maria Maisonnette. Tout est parfait, accueil charmant et élégant de la part de Nikolas. La maison est bien distribuée et équipée. La vue incroyable et c'est un endroit que j'apprécie particulièrement, pas trop loin de la ville mais dans un lieu encore préservé sur l'Ile. Je recommande! Fabrice

Empfehlung

Die grundsätzliche Frage, lieber mitten drin im (Touristen-)Getümmel oder lieber ruhig und beschaulich, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Die Wohnung ist allen zu empfehlen, die es idyllisch mögen, die einen tollen Blick auf das Meer lieben und denen es nichts ausmacht, zu allen Aktivitäten mit dem Auto/Quad/Roller fahren zu müssen. Das Objekt ist ein Reihenhäuschen über 2 Etagen und 3 Terrassen. Es ist ausreichend und funktional ausgestattet (abgesehen von einer Spülmaschine und internationalen Fernsehprogrammen), für mehr als 2 Personen wäre es mir persönlich allerdings zu eng. Wir empfanden die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft von Einheimischen als sehr angenehm, vor allem Nikolas ist als Vermieter kaum zu toppen. Seine Tipps haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert. Vielen Dank für die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Ludwig

Appartement typique, charmant et très bien équipé, avec vue magnifique sur la mer.

L'appartement que nous avons eu était bien sous tout rapport : très bien équipé (wifi performant, tout les ustensiles de cuisines nécessaires, chaises longues, parasols et linges pour la plage, chaise haute, lit bébé et mémé jouets pour les enfants), trois terrasses/balcons avec chaque fois une vue surplombante sur la mer, un environnent magnifique, calme mais très venteux (si le fameux meltemi est de sortie, ce qui était le cas pendant nos 7 jours sur place). Nicolas est un hôte attentionné (quelques courses faites pour nous vu que nous arrivions tard, disponibilité pour nos questions, cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ...), prêt à rendre service et surtout très sympa! Des très belles plages toutes proches et le village d'Ano Mera - petit mais charmant et calme, ce qui offre une autre ambiance que la magnifique Hora, très animée et chère - n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture.

Wonderful quiet location and great view on the sea

Me and three friends stayed at this maisonette for little over a week in july 2015. We had a great time in Mykonos and the location of the house was perfect, even though a bit far from Mykonos town and the clubs and quite windy at times. But the views on the sea all around were astounding, perfect place to relax and chill. Very nice beaches as well very close. The house was well furnished and had all the necessary utensils and items to cook. Nikolas and Yannis were always available for everything, pick up and drop off at the airport and the town plus scooters rental which were brought directly at the airport at our arrival. We had a great vacation here and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Splendid view and great place to relax!

The property was great as advertised, well taken care of. The view on the bay from the terrace was splendid and everything we needed was minutes away from the house. The owner was great communicating with before, throughout and after our visit. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Mykonos.

Girls Trip!

We were 5 girls and we had a wonderful stay at Anna-Maria's Maisonette. The apartment was clean and the rooms were all well-equipped. For 5 people the apartment is a bit too small. But for one week thats absolutely fine. The house has a breathtaking view to the sea and you can reach the beach by foot (10min walk). The apartment is just 15min form Mykonos center, 15min from the airport and 5min from the next supermarket. Niko was a very helpful and friendly host and answered a lot of questions to make our stay even better. Thank you!

Best holidays ever!!

My friends and me had the pleasure to stay at Anna-Maria Mykonos Maisonette for a week during July 2013 and we definitely enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. The maisonette is very clean and well-equipped and has a wonderful view to the aegean sea. The manager was reall friendly and put lots of effort into making us feel nice and comfortable. We got a true taste of the famous greek hospitality. Mykonos is an island of unique beauty. It combines its amazing beaches, the traditional greek architecture with its little white houses, the cosmopolitan centre of the island with its exclusive boutiques and an exciting nightlife. I would definitely advise everyone to spend their holidays on Mykonos and I am really looking forward to my next staying at Anna-Maria Mykonos Maisonette.

Great location on Mykonos away from all of the tourists with great local restaurants nearby and fabulous beaches within a 5 minute drive.The maisonette was big, comfortable and clean. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 people with gorgeous views of the beach and the sea. Nikolas was very friendly, helpful and always available giving also information about places to visit and eat.

Great location on Mykonos with nice view away from all of the tourists with great local restaurants nearby and very nice beaches within a 5 minute drive. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Nikolas is a great host and very willing to help make your stay better. We would highly recommend this place.

girls on vacation!

We were 4 girls and stayed for one week in anna-maria's maisonette. OUr stay was a pleasure! The maisonette was just perfect for the 4 of us and all rooms were well-equipped. There is a great view to the sea and beaches which we enjoyed while sitting on the sun beds provided. The maisonette is just 15 min from mykonos center, 5 min from the nearest beach and the nearest village and a supermarket. Nikolas was very helpful and such a great person!
