Due to severe drought and water shortage, the Andalusian government has decreed that the swimming pools will remain closed this summer unless the expected rain refills the water reservoirs. We will keep this note updated on a weekly base.
Situated on the main street of Calahonda, Mijas Costa, this third-floor three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen. The lounge/dining area is very spacious and has patio doors leading out onto a sunny terrace with sea views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room. There are two single beds both in the second and third bedroom. The ample kitchen is modern, is very well equipped, and has a separate utility room with a washer/dryer. The secure complex boasts lovely communal gardens, a very large main pool, and a smaller, children's pool. This apartment is a very short walk to the local bars, restaurants, and beach, so a car is not necessarily required.
The complex is located 15 minutes from Marbella, 40 minutes from Málaga city, and some of the coast's most popular golf courses are only a short drive away.
A damage deposit of €200 will be required for all bookings two months prior to arrival.
