Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are not permitted. No exceptions.
Soda Springs has a 10:00 PM noise ordinance. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time, especially on the deck.

Our spacious house is perfect for sharing this passion with others, offering plenty of room for multiple families to relax and reconnect after a day of adventure. Nestled amongst the towering pines of the Sierra Nevada, overlooking the tranquil waters of Serene Lake, lies a peaceful community offering respite from the Tahoe bustle and Bay Area. It's aptly named Serene Lakes, as a sense of calm pervades the air. Here, you can simply walk across the street and launch a kayak, paddle board, or canoe, or cast a line and wait for a bite. While we love relaxing on the deck and soaking in the scenery, the abundance of outdoor activities beckons us to explore.
