The living room is very cozy, has two sofas, a small table, and satellite TV. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking without any problem; In this same space there is a table equipped with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has air conditioning in the double bedrooms.

The house is only 2 km from the beautiful town of Cas Concos, where you can find what you need during your holidays: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. At 10 minutes by car you can reach different beaches and paradise coves of the Mallorcan east coast such as Cala Mondragó. A 10-minute drive can also reach the tourist town of Cala d'Or.
