La villa está en dos plantas. En la planta baja hay una cocina bien amueblada con comedor y sala de estar adyacentes, un dormitorio y un baño con ducha. Arriba hay dos dormitorios, cada uno con salida a la terraza, y un baño. La cocina tiene una puerta de vidrio que conduce a una terraza cubierta equipada con mesa y sillas para poder disfrutar de una buena comida al aire libre. La piscina es exclusiva para huéspedes. La casa está cerca de todas las comodidades de Cala D'Or y hay una parada de autobús a 100 metros, por lo que realmente no es necesario un coche.

Perfect villa!

Perfect location to easily walk in to town, the marina and access all the beautiful beaches. The pool is perfect! And all of the outdoor living spaces are ideal for meals outside. Our kids (8,6,4) and us had the perfect stay and Maria was lovely!

We have been visiting Cala D'or as a family for 40 years, staying in various villas in the areas and this villa was right up there with the best we have stayed at. The host Maria was really helpful and welcoming and despite not arriving at the villa until 1am she was waiting to welcome us, and show us around the villa. The three bedrooms were spacious and the rest of the villa was really well equipped with everything you would need for. The villa has a large, well maintained pool and lots of space for sunbathing and eating outside. A great central location for both the marina and the restaurant area of the town.

Family holiday

On arrival Maria was so welcoming , explained everything regarding the villa etc…… villa was beautiful & so clean , everything we needed was available to us within the villa…very central to the centre & the marina… we’d definitely book this again! No complaints at all….. thanks again Maria

Amazing!!

Fantastic property. Close walking distance to large supermarket, marina, beach, shops and restaurants. Owner greeted us on arrival and gave a tour of the property. It had everything we needed for our family holiday. Very quick responses when we needed to ask anything. Early check-in was greatly appreciated. We’re already planning to return next year. If you’re thinking of booking a holiday in Cala d’Or, this property is a must!!

Gorgeous Villa and great location

The villa was a perfect location. 5 minute walk to Cala d’or and 5 minute walk to the harbour. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and the pool was great. We had plenty of towels and a lovely welcome back when we arrived with fresh fruit and eggs. Will be back next year!

You can immediately tell that this a private rental rather than an agency. It's in an area of similar expensive properties. Very spacious and clean with everything we needed, including very effective aircon and a smart tv with English channels and access for us to use our Netflix account. It's in a smart area and only minutes away from the Marina, the centre and two wonderful beaches. There are nearby restaurants for all pockets and tastes plus a large and modern supermarket. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beside the pool and from the first floor terrace. The villa is semi detached but next door is empty when villa is occupied.It is elevated from a road but there can be a little noise from motorbikes. Better fencing or a higher wall would mitigate this. The pool is unheated and really needed a cover to retain heat overnight in October. Overall the villa is well positioned and amazing value.

Amazing Villa

We have just returned home from this beautiful villa. We had and amazing week and it provided everything we needed. The pool was clean and a good size and Villa was perfectly equipped. Too the left you have an array or restaurants and bars and to the right you have a gorgeous harbor. Will defiantly become a staple to book as it’s a perfect getaway. Thanks so much Maria

Gorgeous Villa

This is our third stay at this wonderful villa and we enjoyed it as much as our first two The location could not be better a couple of minutes walk to the town one way and the marina the other way. There is a spa round the corner which has fresh bread and all your essentials. The house is spotless and the outdoor space is lovely and the pool is larger than average. The views from the large upstairs balcony and terrace to the marina are gorgeous Thank you Maria and family for letting us stay again.

Highly recommended

The location for a break in Cala D’or could not be better and was just a 5 minute walk in either direction to plenty of eating places. Very well equipped and clean. Especially ideal for families, with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a superb pool and outside space providing sun all day through to the evenings on the terrace upstairs. Highly recommended. Thanks for letting us stay Maria. We had a very relaxing holiday. Keith

Fabulous Villa

This well equipped Villa is in a fabulous quiet location in Cala D'or yet only a5 minute walk down a slight hill to the Marina and 5 minutes in the other direction to the centre with numerous bars and restsurants. A small Spar Supermarket is very convenient and a larger Eroski is anout 10-15 minute walk away. Maria and family were super hosts so friendly and the welcome pack were a lovely touch. The upstairs terrace was perfect for early morning coffe and evening drinks. Would definitely recommend

Family Holiday

This is a besutiful property that very comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 small children. The host was lovely and provided us with small baby items and did everything to ensure that we had what we needed. On arrival she had left us some milk, fresh fruit and vegetables. The location is ideal as its a short walk to the town centre or the Marina. Plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is salt water and was great for our 3 year old. Its located in a peaceful area and so was a lovely family holiday for us. I would highly recommend!

Cala D’Or Villa

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The host Maria was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is semi-detached (the other villa is owned by the host and they are rarely there, certainly felt private and not overlooked). It is conveniently located between the marina and the main town. Walking to the beach takes about 10 minutes. There is a main road which is quite noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin the holiday at all. The villa has plenty of outdoor space, with lots of shaded seating areas. We all had a lovely time, especially swimming in the salt water swimming pool. I would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous!

We had another wonderful holiday in this incredible villa. It is perfectly positioned 5 minutes to the Marina and even less into the town. Maria was a superb host, keeping in regular contact both before and during our stay. There is a Spa supermarket a few minutes away and a new, huge supermarket about 5 minutes in the other direction. The facilities in the villa were first class and the pool was amazing. It is a very spacious villa with everything you could wish for. There are several terrace areas so you can find sun or shade at all times throughout the day. We could not recommend the property highly enough! Thank you.

Great location

Very spacious property, which the photographs don't give it credit. Maria is the owner and she is fantastic, nothing is the problem. 200m to the restaurants in the marina and 150m to the bars and restaurants in the Town. You actually overlook the marina. Large pool and gardens with plenty room to sunbathe. Overall fantastic, even though the house and pool furniture would benefit from and upgrade, but that didn't spoil a great holiday one bit. Thank you Maria and your family for a great holiday

Fabulous location and villa

We had a fantastic holiday. The pool was lovely and villa very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Maria left milk, eggs, water, fruit and vegetables which was so helpful as we had a late night arrival. Maria was very helpful and kept in touch and was easy to contact. The villa's location is excellent - 10 minutes walk to marina or main town where there are lots of restaurants. We didn't hire a car and had an easy taxi ride from airport to villa (set prices from the airport). The local supermarket is just 5 minutes walk from the villa which had everything we needed and the bus stop is nearby where you can take the bus either along the coast or to the Santanyi market. We also hired a boat (no license required) and visited the beaches around Cala D'or which was great fun and an easy way to visit all the coves. We would definitely love to come and stay again.

Great villa in perfect location

We have just returned from our first stay in this villa. Lovely host Maria who provided some fruit, water and milk on arrival and showed us around villa and provided brief guide on the local area. Spar is 5 mins walk with larger supermarket about 15-20 mins walk. We walked then got a taxi back to the bigger one. I also asked Maria about best transfers prior to our arrival and booked one in her recommendation. Marina is 5 mins one way and town 5 mins the other so best of both worlds. Beds comfy, showers good and enough towels for shower and pool. Air con in all bedrooms was very useful at night. Balcony upstairs is huge with amazing views of marina but remember your mosquito spray if sitting out at night. Very comfortable stay and our teens loved the pool which is very big and salt water. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay

Wonderful villa.

Lovely spacious modern villa, very clean with all towels and linen provided. Good communication before and during the stay with the host Maria, who also provided a lovely welcome pack. The villa has lots of outside areas to sit and relax and soak up the sun and the cleanest pool I have ever seen! Wonderful location with the marina and the town centre less than 5 minutes walk away with lots of bars and restaurants and a Spar supermarket, very handy for supplies. The villa is located on a fairly busy main road so there is some road noise but a smallprice to pay for the central location. There is also a fabulous bakery just a 2 minute walk away called Clement, would highly recommend for breakfast or lunch or just cake! We had fabulous time and hope to book the villa again next year.

Oase in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und für den ersten Hunger und Durst war etwas vorbereitet. Das Haus war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird. Der Pool ist groß und wurde auch bei weniger guten Außentemperaturen gut genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral… in 5 min war man im Geschehen oder am Hafen. Vielen Dank!

I am from Mallorca and I love Cala D’Or, specially this area where I used to enjoy with my parents when I was a child. I tried to construct a house environmentally friendly. For this reason the house is south-west oriented to take profit of natural light, roof and external walls have an isolating chamber to keep comfortable temperature inside and solar and biomass power is used for radiant floor heating and hot water. Moreover there is a system to collect and store rain water to use in washing machine, dishwasher, shower, etc. The garden plants are adapted to Mediterranean climate in order to save water.
