Fantastic villa and location

We had an excellent stay at the villa, there were two families as well as grandparents and the villa was perfect for our needs. The rooms were all a good size and the decoration was very impressive, the photos on the listing do not really show the larger downstairs kitchen and eating area which we used to prepare food. The villa was clean and had everything we needed, its location, a short walk from the beach, was fantastic which meant we did not have to drive everywhere. Overall a great villa and we would recommend it highly.

Amazing location, all you need for a great beach vacation

Great get away with the extended family. The house is absolutely perfect - best location within short walking distance to the beach, sea view from the terrace, enough space for the extended family (we were 12 - 7 adults and 5 kids), tasteful and practical decorations, and the pool is perfect for the kids. Communication with Stephanie was always timely and very helpful. The on-site management could be better - the kitchen was not cleaned properly when we arrived and communication was sometimes slow. But Stephanie helped address everything. Overall can only recommend this perfect house!

Superbe maison, du bonheur à 95%.

L'emplacement est idéal si on aime la mer et le calme. Les chambres, elles sont fonctionnelles et sobres, seules les matelas ont été un petit dur, à notre goût. Les cuisines sont bien équipées et bien placées dans les maisons : une en haut proche de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer ; l'autre en bas, en face de la piscine. Un évier et un grill dehors complètent parfaitement bien cette villa. Les salons sont spartiates et ils pourraient être mieux aménagés mais on profite surtout d'être dehors. La piscine, elle est bien placée, bien qu'un peu petite et les 2 douches extérieures (chauffées) sont bien pensées. Le jardin, il a une bonne grandeur et le terrain de pétanque est top. La table de ping-pong est bien protégée du vent. Bien que nous ayons eu quelques soucis (vol d'un kayak dans le jardin en nuit, climatisation capricieuse, coupure d'électricité générale, chauffe-eau défectueux) les propriétaires ont réagi très rapidement, comme les régisseurs. Merci à eux. 3 terrains de tennis sont très proches de la villa. La plage est à 200m de la villa et elle est peu fréquentée, ce qui est fort agréable. En moins de 20 minutes de marche par la plage, on peut rejoindre Pinarellu. En conclusion, nous recommandons fortement cette splendide villa !

le ménage n'a pas été effectué malgré ce que nous a dit Sandra de plus le lave vaisselles ne lavait faute a des débris de verre obstruant la filtre en conséquence je vous demande de bien vouloir nous faire une ristourne sur les prestations ménage merci de votre réponse D Le Jean
