Summary:

This luxury Italian Lakes apartment has 1 bedroom and is situated on the second floor of the apartment building. The apartment is well equipped and guests enjoy use of a good sized swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by teak decking and loungers. There is a popular restaurant on site serving excellent modern, Italian cuisine as well as a bar and cafe.



The Space:

This luxury Italian Lakes apartment is small but is beautifully furnished and enjoys superb views over the pool area and lake from the private terrace. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen area and modern bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. For couples with young children, a travel cot can also be provided if required.



Please note that there is an additional energy fee of 50 euros which must be paid in cash locally upon arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town on the Eastern side of Lake Maggiore boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of this luxury Italian Lakes apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres walk away.



This luxury Italian Lakes apartment is situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is extremely popular with Italian locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in. Guests can also hire boats, pedalos, paddle boards, windsurfing equipment and canoes here.



There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.



Getting Around:

Since this luxury Italian Lakes apartment is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

This luxury Italian Lakes apartment is one of my favourite one bedroom apartments within this popular lakeside complex and is a great option for people who don't want the hassle of hiring a car during their stay.



It's the perfect spot for a couple to simply relax and enjoy each others company, with plenty of restaurants to reach on foot so you don't have to argue about who's doing the cooking!



For the sporty amongst you, there are tennis courts just a few minutes walk away from this luxury Italian Lakes apartment as well as a water sports centre. You can also hire both e-bikes and traditional bikes on site.
